Got an email from Discover.... use my Discover card for a $30 purchase at Sam's online and get a $10 cashback bonus.

2 of 2 came back the same way for me. I just chatted with them. Was told to email them a copy of the receipts with my name, address, phone number and tracking number. Super irritating.

2 of 5 came back with the same issue. Chatted with a rep and they told me to do the same.

Make sure to review the terms & conditions on the DL GCs before going to deep into them. Many airlines only allow you to use a certain amount of gift cards per transaction, and rules like not valid for fees, upgrades or bag fees.

FYI I’ve seen DL cards at my Best Buy.

Thank you, I’ve researched and you can use more than 3 but you have to call and it takes awhile. I think I saw them at Walmart too.

Just realize, you can only do 1 Swagbucks per day so you can only get 20% on $100. Or you could spend $500 and earn 1500 swagbucks but then you will be getting lower than 20%.

I got the same offer. The lowest-priced Disney GCs would be a 3x$25 pack for $71.98. I'm debating whether to pull the trigger. I have enough GCs to pay my dues and cover my trips this year. It would go toward any 2020 vacations if I did purchase them.

This evening I drove to BJs and bought 8 $500 Disney Gift Cards. They were 479.99 each even though the display said they were 484.99. Used them to buy 4 annual passes.

The $100 cards cost $95.99
The $500 cards cost $479.99

Technically, the $100 are a few pennies cheaper than the 500s, but they’re both practically 4% off.

I did not know you could use Disney gift cards to pay for a neighborhood hotel near Disneyland+flights. I prefer booking everything through Disney. Here’s to hoping we get some really good deals again. I would like to save enough to pay off or most of my flight which is $350-400.

This past August we booked through Costco and used Disney Gift Cards to pay for our Disneyland Good neighbor hotel, Fairfield Inn which I recommend highly. NO issues using GC's at all.

Disneyworld now has hotel discounts of up to 30% through September 30. This is interesting because in the past few years they didn't release the discount for August and September until April or May. anyways, you can pay the deposit for the hotel with a Disney gift card and it is fully refundable if you cancel up to a few days before you arrive.

I'm reading all things budget as I prepare to pay off a huge family trip for Christmas this year. I will have to watch out for these gift card deals to pop up. Thanks for the heads up.
