My BB had a prominently displayed sign on the gift card display today "Notice $500 is now the maximum loadable value on variable specialty gift cards. Limit 3 of each type per customer." Fine print said "valid dates 9/2/18-11/25/18". My store previously had a $300 limit listed in super small print somewhere on the gc display. Not much use if you're maxing out SB but I still thought it was interesting that they backtracked on that (at least until holiday shopping kicks off?)

Has anyone bought the $500 disney gc's at BJ's in store? How much did you pay for them? I tried to find out today at the store and the girl was less than helpful. She just said, it's a few dollars off the ones that say $25-$500 and if it's over $300, you have to pay in cash.

Mine are the same price as online, 3% off, 484.99. The variable ones aren't discounted, so make sure you pick up the actual $500 one. Usually the $100 one is your best discount at 95.99.

Nope, I used an AMEX and mine didn't work.

Same here, Amex didn't work at Kohl's.

Just got back from a 2 night trip to Memphis/Nashville. Used up all my $75 uber visa credits I got when I was doing the Sam's Dosh deal. I had estimated I would only need $50 in credits but 3 out of 4 uber trips had surge pricing. Once after a concert in Southaven, once going to downtown nashville at 2pm on Friday afternoon and then again leaving downtown at 1am. I was so thankful I got those extra credits! Also learned you can use the credits to tip.

Where does HD display their gcs? I was there a couple days ago and was told by what seemed to be a new employee that they only sell the HD cards. I looked around quickly but didn’t have much time so I left empty handed. Would love to be able to add one more deal this month if I can. So for have done 6 all successful with a Visa card!

In the 2 stores I’ve been to there’s been a display near the self-checkout. One in the middle of the self-checkout area & the other was in the aisle in front of the self checkout. The display was about half HD cards at the last one so even if they say we only sell HD cards I’d go take a look.

Mine had a little rack in the middle of the aisle, but it was farther past the registers. So I'd look all down the main front aisle just in case.

Mine had a little rack in the middle of the aisle, but it was farther past the registers. So I'd look all down the main front aisle just in case.

Same here, Amex didn't work at Kohl's.

For those whose AMEX transactions for Kohl's aren't tracking with RMN, have you contacted customer service to get the credit and what's been the outcome?

My RMN Staples credited last night, so I've get that one again today. My Wallgreens gc purchase from yesterday didn't credit. If it hasn't gone pending by now I'm sure it won't. I'll have to decide if I'll try it again today. I linked a second card and none of the purchases with that card have worked!

Tried to get Big Lots on the RMN deal yesterday and it didn’t track. Used the same visa that did work on the other deals. Big Lots and Kohl’s were both non gift card purchases too. I haven’t contacted anyone yet. Not sure if I will or not. I’ve already made $60 from this deal and $30 more pending. I’m pretty happy with that.

But I have 4 more linked that I would like to do today. Will I get credit for all of them? I did read/see where it said only 3 per merchant/month. TIA for any help!

Based on discussions on the credit card thread, I don't think the 10 limit is accurate. But I do believe the 3 per merchant is accurate. So far, I have received credit for 9, and I have 3 pending. Going out today to finish up.

I’ve received the money (already in PayPal) for 13 transactions with 2 still pending - all in the month of September. I think I read somewhere (maybe on gift card deals thread) that the 10 per month was for online deals.

ETA: also just realized I did 4 Walgreens deals. One was early in the month when it was $5 back on $25, then I did three (that have all paid out) of the $10 back on $25.

I have found that my Walgreens is hit or miss. When my first Walgreens didn't credit I did it again because it never did tell me to re-link.....when that second one didn't credit I decided to give up on Walgreens and concentrate on HD and CVS. I wonder if it had something to do with linking my Walgreens rewards account in those 2 failed transactions?
