I am in Michigan, and last week I used a $100 Sears physical card at my local Kmart to buy a $100 eBay card. The cashier thought it was a great idea
With the current $100 Sears card for $85 with free shipping, plus the 3% Ebates promo, I decided to buy two more $100 cards.
We rarely shop at Kmart but do buy tools and appliances at Sears on occasion, so if I get stuck with them they can be used for something eventually...

. At first, I was OK with the whole "security check" thing, but now...
. I cannot get an order for a $50 BB gift card to go through. I am NOT trying to pay with a gift card. I am trying to use my PayPal account. I e-mailed customer service, as directed during the checkout process, and PayPal said I need to "contact the seller to see if they will accept a different form of payment". Are they THAT ignorant? I specifically stated that I am trying to buy an item SOLD by PayPal....so I *am* contacting the seller....and they are telling me to contact the seller
. I was trying to avoid having to call, but I guess I have no choice. Urgh! I think my churning days are done. At least I have $200 in eBucks that I can spend on whatever I want in July. Maybe I will buy some camping gear
.
) and I can call back if I need further assistance.
but next month I will be on Long Island, NY and driving through CT and MA on my way to ME. Does anyone know any Kmarts in New England or Long Island that allow third party gift cards to be purchased with Sears cards? Thanks in advance.
