How do you know when you have the code? I don't see anything other than the confirmation of ecard

On another note - I noticed I haven't received Ebates credit for the two Target GCs I purchased the other night when they were $100 for $95 on eBay. Anyone receive credit/not receive credit? Thanks!

I got credited $1.90 ebates

eBates doesn't credit for eBay until the item ships. At least that has been my experience with the last couple of orders. Once I received the shipping notification from eBay, I get the eBates notice withing 12 hours.

Totally random. Some people get most of the promos, some get only a few and others never get them, even though they are signed up. I usually get them...I would say 90% of the ebucks promos...but I did not get this one.

You're generally limited to $500/mo, so if you are trying to attach more than 2- $200's you should get that error. You can upgrade your Paypal account (which takes a few days) by linking a checking account to increase this limit.

Ooooh. Thanks for solving the mystery! I was about to throw a temper tantrum. I am using the hubs account since mine is maxed out until April. This is the first time I have actually used it and I don't think he has it linked to a checking account.
Is linking two seperate ebay accounts with two seperate paypals to the same checking account going to work?

ETA: from what I am reading linking to the same checking account isn't going to work. Sigh. Looks like I can't partake of this deal either . Now to add DH to another account then link his paypal. This is going to take a few days

I got the eBay Bucks 4x offer and have $300 sitting in my cart. Was about to just pay the $3.98 shipping out of my PayPal account, then I remembered I cashed out for a $10 Target card on Shopkick yesterday and had $15 leftover on another Target card, so I bought a $25 eBay card to cover the shipping. Hoping it shows up soon, if not I may just pay the $3.98 for now and save the $25 eBay card for the next purchase.

And my Target order for a $25 eBay GC was cancelled. I hope my account isn't getting flagged. I just purchased $300 of eBay GC yesterday so I'm not going to try reordering right now and will just pay the $3.98 shipping from GCM. I also got lazy (because I was trying to do the order quickly) and put in my own name/email as the receiver. I wonder if that flagged something.

What do others put for the name/email of the receiver when you order GC's from Target? I have put in other names but my own e-mail address in the past and its gone through fine.

if your using google chrome, you can use the ebates app which makes it easier to remember when you can use ebates. flashy red symbol appears so you remember to activate it for the website your at.

I put myself. You're probly safe to try again, as it seems random which get cancelled.

No. It has to be a previously unliked account. Quite limiting, huh.

Not sure if this helps, but with my PNC account (Virtual Wallet) there is a "Spend" and "Reserve" account - they're actually two separate checking accounts. So if you have PNC, you could use the Reserve account.
