Disney Gift Card Deals

Raise customer service is a little slow, but they finally emailed me back today and credited my account for the transactions where my gift cards did not work. There we no questions asked- just emails for each transaction giving me the credits. It took 7 days for them to respond to my initial email, for anyone who cares.

Good to see that they credited you for your purchase. Let us know when they actually pay you. It will be good to see how long it takes from the time that you request your money to the time that you have it in hand.
The FAQ says they automatically pay you 90 days after you make your purchase, as long as your cash back balance is at least $25. If you don't have $25 the balance stays in your account until you do. So we won't know for a while if they actually pay and how long it takes to receive the check after it's supposed to be sent.

Does anyone know if you have a target gift card loaded onto your target account, can you delete the card, and then reenter it again if you want to,(balance staying the same, not been used)?

How do I pay with eBay gift cards when buying through GCM? It wants me to do paypal.

Cancel that....I figured it out but can't figure out how to delete my post.

Yeah, I did that once. You're only delete it from your account list, not the card or anything.

I was trying to figure out a way to safely save a Target GC to your account when you buy it from a 3rd party seller. I found out that 2 accounts can have the same GC loaded and doesn't really safely bind anything to your account. And deleting the GC did not harm the balance.

Well, I put my card I bought on Raise today on my target online account. I had gone there just to check the balance and all was good. Several hours later, I decided to check again. I refreshed the page, and that didn't work so I entered the numbers again and it said $000! I was like what?? My stomach just sunk, but I was confident Raise would take care it. Then I decided to start over and go in Target again and reenter the card again, and all was good! That was awesome! I must have hit a wrong number or something when it turned up empty. But, I somehow ended up saving the gc to the online account. Later I was planning on adding it the small balance I still had. When I got to my home computer and the saved tab I had, I realized that I was using the mobile app online to combine usually, but today I had added the gc to the Target account directly. So, I was thinking of deleting it and combining it on the mobile account but not sure if I should do that now.

@Minniekins there is no combine function anymore on Targets mobile site

Well, I'm on my laptop and I just combined several $5 cards, a $2 card with the $7.88 already there, and now have a card with $34.88. There is a combine giftcard page that has an add a giftcard button and a combine button.

Actually, a fellow disser in this thread posted a link to use and it works great. I just went and found it, so I'll repost here. Hopefully it's okay to do, since it was posted here earlier, on Dec 7th, I think. It's worked great for me!

From the mobile website (m.target.com), select the menu icon, then go to "my mobile gift cards" or try this link:
https://m-secure.target.com/giftcards/sign-in?lnk=mobile_giftcards

If you signed up long enough ago, it will ask for your phone number and PIN. Apparently this only works for people who signed up long enough ago and haven't converted to a strictly email login. I'm a little curious to test if it worked if I converted, but too afraid to lose my ability to combine cards to actually do it.

The link worked great and I've used it since then with no problems! Thanks again, PerfessorZ!
I usually leave it logged in so I don't lose it,(just in case, cause I was nervous, at first, lol), but I have also opened on my ipad from the link and was able to sign in with my mobile login info. I also have a regular online target account that I use to purchase things, and can save gift cards there, but not combine.

PP, that's flat out awesome that the link still works for you. Ironically, while I can still log into my mobile account that way and add & remove cards, I no longer have the ability to combine cards via that (or any other) link.

The fact you can still combine them has all sorts of conspiracy theories running through my head now on who Target allows and doesn't allow to combine gift cards anymore and what causes that feature to be turned off for users.

Yeah, I wondered why everyone was having a hard time with it as it worked so well for me when I combined, lol! I'm sorry you can't combine anymore, especially since you are the one who provided me with this great link! That stinks!

Hmm, interesting! I guess I'm not usually a conspiracy person, lol. I can't think of any reasons why they'd let me combine but not someone else. There must be others here that it works for, as well, right? You probably tried a different browser? Maybe I just haven't combined enough to not be allowed yet? Hmm, well interesting, I say, lol...

Well, I do have a bunch of $50 Target cards now, after doing a churn thru ebay, wondering if I should try to combine, and the larger raise card at the regular target online, but know I saw some people saying something about not leaving balances on the mobile app cause they were being hacked and stolen? Or can I combine all the smaller cards and then delete that bigger card off the mobile app and put on the target online site?

Ok. I just started to purchase Disney gift cards again through Target. I made a few purchases and then Target sends me a new red debit card. I have read that people have updated new cards and lost the 5% on Disney gift cards. I use gift cards to purchase my disney gift cards so I never use the card. Can I get away with not updating it or have people successfully updated the card and retained the discount?

I have had no problems getting the discount with my target debit card with the chip.

Those of you that churn target to eBay and back, how many times do you do this before you get disney cards? Do you have a system for how often or such? Do you cash out for disney once you've earned enough off your initial purchase to get them? I don't do it but am interested and curious what you find works for you.

I churned until I was about 6-8 weeks before my final payment was due, then converted to Disney.

Do you churn as soon as you got the eBay and target cards or do you wait for a good deal? I've never received any promos for eBay in all these years. I did go in and check to receive emails but still nothing.
