Disney Gift Card Deals

I yield about 19% on Kroger and I'll take it rather than the huge risk of sinking thousands into eBay. I have $200 left in eBay I'm comfortable using back and forth during ebucks promos for small gains. I just wish I knew if Kroger 4x worked on their online gift card purchases since I'm out of town until after the current 4x promo.

I just sent Kroger GCM that question. I'll report back when I get a response!

I usually just get Disney direct from Kroger. 1 $500 gc are easier than 10 $50 ones from Target. Do you find it simple to do the extra work to go to Target. Also I thought I read awhile back Target stopped the 5% online gift cards when not paying with your actual red card. Did it go back to allowing you to just leave it as your backup payment and earn the 5?

Still works.

Target still gives the 5% online even when paying with a GC. I get Target from Kroger also and then go to Disney.

What I do is check to make sure Disney is in stock on Target.com whenever Kroger has a 4x. If they do I'll buy target then go online, set my default payment as Redcard and then pay either the gc. They mail to me. And yes, the 5% works online currently. I then combine it all on disneygiftcard website.

If target is out of stock during a 4x I just buy Disney direct bc between DH and I we utilize all 35 gallons per dual fill up at Shell and that's a 14% return. Better than any direct Disney gc purchase I've found yet. In addition, if you have a Publix, they do weeks where you can get a $50 gas card for $40 for every $50 you spend in groceries. I generally have about $100-200 of those in Shell and they last a good while with the $1 off per gallon. When I apply that savings I'm looking at about a total of 23% without dealing with EBay.

Where do you get that am ex?
It's the Amex blue preferred. There should be a decent sign up bonus. It does have an annual fee and it looks like it's going up to $95 in August. But I always use more than enough Amex offers to cover the annual fee.

Awesome!!! Where did you see that? I got the ad in the mail today but only saw the same deal listed that was running this week (Best Buy, sears, etc)

The cards for last week were listed on the back and the new deal was listed on the front, in a very small rectangle I might add. I guess it's possible that it's regional if it's not in your ad.

Please check my thinking...I'm taking $1000 from my husband's bonus last month to put toward our Disney Cruise. I'm thinking the best way to make the most of the $1000 is to use my Target Red card. $1000 in $25 gift cards is 40 cards. Then with the 5% discount, I should be able to get 2 additional $25 gift cards.

However, since I'm new to this Target Red card thing...is it better to take the $1000 to Kroger and get Target gift cards first. Then take the Target Gift Cards to Target for Disney Gift cards??? But then how do I get the 5% Red Card discount? Please help!

I would only get $1000 at once if you can do 4 fill ups before the points expire.

I can't remember if I saw this earlier but Target is now only selling $50 Disney gift cards online. The $100 ones say in store only.

I called my local Joann's and was told they only except cash for gift cards. I specifically asked about credit cards and was given a definitive no. You got lucky.
As others have said, never call. Just go in the store and give it a whirl. Good Luck.
