i turned 1,000 to target through each of my accounts.... i can not get ppdg to work at all today, no gamestop not even for 1 itunes card.
for those asking, i use ebates for target (2%) but for ebay i use mypoints (1.4%) 2 points per dollar instead of ebates which gives 1%. It takes about 7,800 points for a $50 target gift card on mypoints.

I'll try mypoints next time. I stopped using them when they stopped paying for gift card purchases on Target.com.

I didn't get this offer (2nd one in a row I didn't get, but oh well). Hubby got it on his ebay account though. Trying to decide if I want to try using his. Haven't done that yet, as I've been doing all our churning through my account only. If I do use his ebay account I assume I'll need to use his paypal account also and I'm not sure if I want to get stuck tying gift cards to his account. Might get confusing for me. Decisions, decisions....LOL.

I regularly use my paypal account with DH's ebay account. The paypal is linked to our joint checking account and I have read that you can use one paypal for up to 4 ebay accounts. GCs will be tied to his ebay account though, so keep that in mind.

GCM selling out of all denominations at this point in the day when it is only a 3x promo, to me, confirms that there are a whole lot more people doing this. I know this was never a secret but it was also not nearly this 'publicized' before on blogs, FB's, youtubes, etc. In the past, a 3x offer wasn't considered that great and GCM rarely even went out of stock for $150's, much less all denominations.

I am sitting in the corner crying. Still not getting an offer. WHY????
This happened to me at the beginning of the year. I had been cruising really well with the promos up until mid-Dec, I was on vacation and didn't churn anything for two weeks after that. In January I stopped receiving the ebay promos all together so I opened a new ebay account, made a few purchases and then BAM, started getting the promos on the new account. I still have not ever received another promo on the old account. I have no idea why.

So, what's everyone using for shopping portals? I just used mypoints. Tried shopathome about 4 times and only 1 posted. Emailed about 2 and 1 more was credited. I can't be checking up on my ewards all the time but it is 1.5% + $5. I just checked Chase UR and they haven't brought back 1% Ebay portal. SW RR has .5pts (about 1%?) .
My Southwest Rapid Rewards account with 1pt/$. Bought Gamestop e-gc.
eBay..com
ORDER # xxxxxx 03/31/2016 04/03/2016 $75.00 38pts
I have been using SW RR for ebay purchases to get the points and ebates for Target. I like that combination.

I also think that eBay lifting their limit on GC purchases might have something to do with it. Before, you were better off waiting for the bigger offers. With that cap lifted, you can safely churn on smaller amounts.

It probably boils down to a combination of both, though, because I do think more and more people are learning to churning.

I think the lifting of the PP limit does have something to do with it also.

D*mn bloggers

I had a feeling it was going to eventually going to come to this. Sure, the author sees no harm in posting up about GC churning, but it's going to have it's negative effects in supply/demand with the Target gift cards. GCM only has enough to sell.

As much as I hate the idea that blogs are publicizing this as a get-rich-quick, easy-peasy way to save a ton of money scheme and getting a ton of clicks for it -- and I do think this has contributed to legions of new churners -- I also think that the removal of the PayPal $5k/180-days limit a few months back has a lot to do with the rush on GCs even at low Bucks bonuses.

Whereas I would've sat out on a 3x bonus before and saved my PayPal limit for 4x and 5x bonuses, I have little hesitation on the eBay-side to jump on a 3x bonus and I only worry about the turnaround time before the next bonus and how much of these cards I should run through Target .com.

This is exactly what gives me pause for a 3x offer, and what I think most of us who have been doing this awhile think about, but not something that really occurs to the newbies.

I agree. I think that blaming one or two Disney bloggers is a convenient target (no pun intended), but the real culprit is PayPal lifting their limit. However, there is still the GCM 25 GC limit in 10 days that is either new or not well-known. I could have jumped on getting a bunch of $50 Target GCs while they were still in stock, but it would have pretty much locked me out of making any other purchases from GCM for almost 2 weeks. They can add $50's and $100's but unless they restock their $150's, I'm not pulling the trigger on this deal.

I don't think it is just one or two bloggers. I was googling something related to Disney but not to GC churning or anything like that and a youtube link came up. Something in the verbage under the link caught my eye (something about DISboards) and I clicked on the youtube. The lady did not detail churning but did point people to this thread. It's all over SD's whenever ebucks threads come up. Same with a lot of the CC churning forums. People are churning for more than Disney so this isn't being publicized on just Disney blogs.

And yep, 100% agreement on the $150's being the only way I'll pull the trigger on this one.

I missed out last week because they were out of stock by the time my cards arrived. I thought I'd be all set for this week, but they were sold out by 8 am! :badpc:

Can I tell if they restock by refreshing, or do I need to keep logging out and back in?

Thanks, I know others have posted that they stopped receiving offers and then they started again. I know that there is no rhyme or reason to it, but I also thought I remember reading that you can only have one ebay account. So, not sure if I want to chance opening another one. I will probably wait awhile longer and keep my fingers crossed that ebay starts adding me back in to the offers.

I use topcashback for cardpool and raise.
I use ebates for ebay and target, unless I see that mypoints or swagbucks has a special on points.

Just keep track of where you are with topcashback because you max out at $1k of spending with raise and cardpool (I didn't know that until someone on here pointed that out).
