Yes, I got a message like this yesterday for an order I placed Friday night saying it was delayed until Sunday. I was getting concerned because I usually receive my eBay gift card orders fairly quickly. Funny thing, the order showed up within an hour of getting the message.

Thanks for this. It's the first time I got one of these emails, and right around the 24-hour mark after placing my order yesterday. Sure enough, my eBay cards appeared in my inbox about 30 minutes after I got this email. Another order I placed later yesterday through my wife's account was delivered in about 2 hours. I still can't find rhyme or reason with Target's ecard order fulfillment process.

Thanks to all for posting about Target having the cards back in stock! I had done the Kroger fuel points Friday night and bought Target GC's with it.

Does anyone else who does this have trouble with the FONT SIZE of the codes on the "scratch off" part of the Target cards? I can't read it even with my glasses!

Yes, I actually received this message 3 hrs after I had already received and used my last order from Target during the last eBay bucks deal. Ordered around 1am, used the codes right before the Bucks expired at 2am and received the notice at almost 5am. Then I got a notice the day before yesterday saying the order was ready to be processed and would be coming my way.

Target has cancelled my $5 promotional gift card again! Nothing else cancelled. I think they're breaking some kind of consumer protection law. I didn't say anything last time and won't be this time but I won't buy anymore promotional items.

At least you got yours, they never sent my $5 promotional card they were supposed to send "separate from the order."

I do sometimes. I've found a flashlight and magnifying glass work well. What I hate the most is when the gray stuff doesn't come off all the way or it smears! That's the worst because you can't see some of the numbers at all and you have to guess. One of my cards did that yesterday!

I had this happen once too, when I ordered laundry detergent and fabric softener for in-store pickup. I picked up the items and waited for my promo gift card. It never showed up...but I did get an e-mail telling me that my order would be canceled if I didn't pick it up by tomorrow. Huh? I already picked it up....must be a mistake. A few days later, I got an e-mail saying my order had been canceled...and my RedCard was never charged. I won't complain about not getting the $5 gift card since I got about $25 in product for free. I did go back to the store and explained what happened but they said there was nothing they could do about it. They can't explain how it happened, but they thanked me for my honesty.

Thx to those who answered my Kroger questions. We got 1000 fuel points with getting gc for DS' preschool teachers, some Home Depot for me, eBay, and Disney for a 14% discount. We have a twice dailys next to our neighborhood that honors the Kroger plus. We figured with both cars we can fill up about 30g and have a 5g can. I'm thinking I may pop back in and get some target gc to buy Disney with for my spending money next month and get me another 1k points.

As for eBay shipping I've been sticking at $600 bc it's an easy churn number and still ships usps - after reading some of the shipping issues lately I'm trying to decide if I should go up to $750 and do ups pick up at a local office or if the usps is just fine, granted they delivered me my neighbor mail yesterday :l. Does anyone feel better utilizing UPS office pick up over usps delivery?

A few times we found out Target took $5 straight off the order when it charged to my Red Card (I had selected email delivery). This happened to us last year, no one else reported this happening but it's something to check.

Are you sure? I only ask because I just did a deal in store Friday and it always adds the gc and them uses a coupon to remove it. The receipt has the $5 gc under misc as an item I'm buying and then there's a category coupon that subtracts the $5. It's been like this a long time. I've never bought anything with a gc bonus online so I don't know that it's the same, but I would think there would be something to show that it was added and subtracted on your order confirmation.

Me too! So, I either take a picture with a few of them lined up, then zoom on, or just zoom in without taking a pic I've found the gently using the edge of a closed scissors, it all comes off nicely.

4x fuel points with digital coupon ends today. So $100 gift card = 400 points = $0.40 off per gallon. The savings depends on how many gallons you use in one fill up. I use 20 so for me it's an 8% discount. Plus I get 6% back from Amex on grocery purchases or Chase Freedom is 5% on groceries up to $1,500 this quarter.

You do have to manage your fuel points and make sure you don't have too many.

Absolutely. It was an online gift card order (buy 2 $25 Starbucks gc get a $5 target card). When I was notified my gift card was cancelled but my Starbucks cards were processed I was LIVID. I went digging in the account history, found the order and found out $5 had been straight up deducted from my order (in addition to the 5%). I thought it odd and watched the charge hit my Red Card credit card and sure enough they had just taken $5 off instead of issuing the card. I did it again and a couple days later the same thing played out, my order was adjusted to reflect $5 off so I was getting $50 in Starbucks for about $43 out of pocket. It happened a few times on my account last fall. By the end of winter I did one and Target cancelled the order saying my promotional card could not be delivered to my email address so I changed to physical delivery and the order went through & they sent me the physical GC. I know it was very odd (I asked here but no one had this happen to them) but it is something I saw happen to me. I have no idea what triggered that quirk in their system. The only company with more technical difficulties is Disney! (And UPS, after what I'm reading here!)
