*My guess is that the "+250 more" will be smaller merchants that usually have higher cashback anyway. Chances are pretty good that ebates leaked the good stuff already in order to generate chatter.

Any idea if cash back works on jcp gift cards?

Target has cancelled my $5 promotional gift card again! Nothing else cancelled. I think they're breaking some kind of consumer protection law. I didn't say anything last time and won't be this time but I won't buy anymore promotional items.

Edit: This is wrong. I've been sent from the future to tell you that Target just took $5 off instead of sending me $5 promotional gc.

Ordered 3 $100 Disney gift cards this morning and already received shipping notification for those. However, I also ordered 4 $50 GC and those show as backordered. But I guess that's better than cancelled!!

What time did you order? I ordered 3 x $100 & 4 x $50 on two different accounts and all received shipping notices. I ordered at just about 11am CST. I'm hoping they are not truly out...wanted to get at least one more order in through each account this coming week.

You're safe in the sense that you'll have your eBay GCs ready for when ebates offer additional cash back on eBay later this week. But of course, IF Target is among the merchants that eBates offers additional cash back on next week, you'll miss out on it if all of your $ is tied up in eBay GCs.

I doubt that we will see both eBates bonus cash back and eBay bonus ebucks on the same day because eBay has to pay the commission for both of those promotions. But we can always hope.

Having issues with Target. I have not been able to complete a transaction for two weeks. I can't delete the ebay cards that I have in my cart (a $100 & $200) can't add a Target eGC, can't payout with the Target cards I just entered into my account or that I entered when I first got them (not the last ebucks promo the one before that) got a message to call a 800# if I continue to get errors. I called the number it rings to Target GC help. I don't think I want to call them when I have $700 in $50's and 2 x $100 sitting in my account. I just added $550 tonight they have been on the table since I received them 2 weeks ago. Complete lock-down. I deleted ebates ext., cleared all cookies twice that's all I know to do so I guess I am going to have to call in. I think I would rather go to the dentist.

My guess is the 15% on eBay will only be on certain categories. I'd be stunned if we get 15% cashback on GCM giftcard purchases; but I'd love to be wrong.

I'm leaning in that direction as well. I think that we'll see 15% back in the categories that are currently 5% and if we're lucky, they will offer more than 1% back on GC purchases.

There are two relevant limits set by eBay:
(1) Limit of $1000 in gift cards as a form of payment - seems to be enforced.
(2) Limit of 8 gift cards used as payment per transaction - does not seem to be enforced. I have used up to 15.

Ugh - I think I was subconsciously avoiding this thread this weekend because I still haven't received my gift cards. UPS won't do anything unless the shipper asks them to and GCM is ignoring everything I've written to them and sent boiler-plate responses back so far.

Very annoyed.

So I was having a hard time finding a survey yesterday on SB that I wasn't disqualified from. Finally came down to one at the end of the day that I was one of the ones you don't get the 1 sb for if you do disqualify (normally I get into the or looks like this survey isn't a good fit, but try this one loop so I avoid those). I ended up doing it anyway. Turns out it was a survey about disney gift cards! It wanted to know how many i bought in what denominations, what i was using them for, where i got them, how many more, if any, i planned on getting and what I planned on using them for...oh the irony.

Yes, I got a message like this yesterday for an order I placed Friday night saying it was delayed until Sunday. I was getting concerned because I usually receive my eBay gift card orders fairly quickly. Funny thing, the order showed up within an hour of getting the message.
