I got my delivery at 6:00, and immediately purchased though target. Now I'm waiting for my eBay card to come thought email. Ebates has already credited me for the transaction. I swear a watched pot never boils! Ugh! I have an hour. If I don't get it this time, I guess I will next time.

Im glad the card arrived! Hoping target comes through for you in time also.

Sorry if this is a silly question, on the discount card websites that send the gift card info electronically. Am I able to go target and use the digital gift cards or only actual gift cards in hand? Thanks so much!!

I can live with the loss of the 5% at Target.com but was starting to worry about not being allowed to purchase Disney cards in store with target cards. I'm in Richmond, Virginia. I'm not worried. I bought an eBay gift card last night from Kroger (4x fuel points). I used that today to buy Target gift cards. I converted all of the Target gift cards I had to Disney for spending money for an August cruise. But if tomorrow Target stops allowing gift card purchases with a gift card, I'll spend the Target gift cards I bought from eBay (which I essentially got at a 20% discount) on groceries and school supplies.

Both Targets close to me in Nashville have a plethora of $100s - like at least 50 count and 4 additional rows of overflowing 50s & 25s in the electronics gift card wall section. Every cash register had them as well as end cap displays. Ebays were everywhere as well. I still jumped on ebucks bc I can always take my time and convert masking it with regular merchandise purchases. Those who want to convert several thousand or even several hundred quickly may get the attention of cashiers and be suspected of fraud.

When I bought $600 eBay gc outright recently with Redcard they asked for my ID and card despite use of pin. I inquired if that was a new thing and cashier told me that Target has been having a lot of issues with fraud and they've been asked to inquire whenever people made large gift card purchases. Because of that I've avoided doing straight gc to gc transactions and doing it only in small amounts and combo with merch. Also I know my Target cashiers fairly well and have the devil may care teens identified as my preferred checkout lane .

I'm opening a ticket with eBates, but I can't find my eBay order number. I can only see the item number, and Paypal transaction number. How can I fill out the eBates ticket that require order number and order confirmation?

Before you open a ticket with Ebates, are you sure you qualify for cash back? For example, you're not supposed to get cash back if you paid with a gift card. Be careful of opening a can of worms. It may prompt Ebates to look very closely at your account.

You don't have to scan the small barcode at all. Just scan the big on. Cover the small one with your thumb when you scan them.

Ok, I'm confused. Which barcode should I be scanning? I scanned the little barcode in store and it worked. I just used the Target app's built-in barcode scanner on both big and small barcodes and they both recognized it as a GC and prompted me to type in the event number.

Not sure the "like" button is appropriate, but misery loves company I guess. PITA!! I'm certain that the BB PPDG order set off the fraud alarms. Paypal has "unlocked" my account, but I still can't purchase anything. I give up!

I placed 3 orders on eBay and only received 2 eBay confirmations. I received confirmation from paypal for all 3 and just checked my eBay summary page and all orders are there. The weird thing is the order totals are being shown in the Euro rather than US currency. Anyway, I was not going to call eBay since the order shows up unless you advise that I call them. Thanks

How many of us got locked up trying to roll eBay giftcards to Gamestop digital cards? I wonder if i will have the same issues if I was trying physical cards instead? Next time I'm going to have to experiment a bit with physical ones first.

I got locked with "Error Code: 70266 PERMISSION_DENIED" during the paypal process and it says something along the lines that they cant access my PP Payment after trying to purchase a failed attempt at PPDG for a GS GC. But I had success for a PPDG BB GC (recieved codes before trying the GS).

Then rest of the day, I can't access GCM at all for the same error.

In my last attempt to get at least one order in for the eBucks Promotions, I use my iPhone's eBay App and was successful with eBay GCs to purchase GCM Target Cards. Literally 10 mins ago. Paypal account confirmed the transaction, eBucks showed the reward, and it's on my purchase history as paid. The ONLY WEIRD thing is that I used my eBucks, but it's still there. I'm expecting my eBucks to drain tomorrow though. Might be a glitch in the matrix, I mean eBay system.

Yesterday I got locked out from buying anything on eBay. Had to call Paypal for them to figure it out, which took fooorrrever.

PPDG seems to be the culprit, which means I'm done with PPDG flips for a while.

And that's why it's best not to do a trouble ticket if you paid for your purchase with GCs. As per Ebates' general policy, you're not entitled to cash back.

Ok, I'm confused. Which barcode should I be scanning? I scanned the little barcode in store and it worked. I just used the Target app's built-in barcode scanner on both big and small barcodes and they both recognized it as a GC and prompted me to type in the event number.

I put my finger over the large barcode and just scan the small one and that works. OR if the handheld scanner is working and not 'crusty' and germy from little fingers, I scan the small barcode. Either way works ;-)

I got locked up on my daughter's account and my mother's account trying to purchase Southwest gift cards from PPDG. I was planning to pay with a credit card, but couldn't even get to the payment screen. I got TRANSACTION REFUSED. Even after calling PayPal, same thing. I gave up.

After Mom's account reset, I was able to get Target cards from GCM using gift cards to pay, but locked up again trying to get from PPDG. There is definitely a problem with PPDG. Hopefully they will fix it.
