Does buying Disney GCs on the Target site with your Target card work the same way as buying in store as far as the discount?

Yes, you will get the Redcard 5% off. I think some people have said there is a limit to how many you can buy though.

I just saw this offer (details below) on the american express site and was wondering if a Disney GC would qualify. It says online design your own gift cards are excluded but nothing else. Going to give it a try.

Also cashing in my 50,000 points with AMEX for a $500 Home Depot GC. Hoping to use that to purchase Disney GC. Does anyone know if you can use a Home Depot GC to buy a Disney GC? If not its no big deal because we have so many home improvement projects we need to do anyway.

TERMS
Valid in store and online at lowes.com. Outlets excluded. Orchard Brands excluded. Electronic and "design your own" gift cards on lowes.com are excluded. If you order an item during the offer period but it is not sent to you until after 5/31/2014, it may not count towards determining whether your purchase qualifies for the offer. Enrollment for the offer is limited. Limit 1 statement credit per American Express Card across all American Express offer channels. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 5/31/2014, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Note that American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from the merchant until all of the items from your qualifying purchase have been provided or shipped by the merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you will not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it.

I use these offers frequently and I think you should be fine. I recently used $25 statement credit for a $100 purchase at staples (purchased a $100 amazon gift card).

I login a few times a week. My offers on my Costco Amex aren't great but the ones on my blue preferred card have been pretty good. Staples is the only one I've used since Christmas though.

I bought a $50 Disney gift card at Lowes today with my American Express card. I'm hoping I will get the $10 statement credit from the offer. I had read about the offer when I was checking my account online last night.

Does anyone know what "Limit 1 statement credit per American Express Card across all American Express offer channels" means? We have four different types of Amex cards (various airline associated Amex) between my husband and I but does this mean we can only use one for this? For 20% savings I'd love to use all of the accounts! We have a big family trip in August and every bit of savings helps

You cannot use a Home Depot Gift Card to buy another gift card. I am also not sure if the gift card mall even has Disney gc, I will have to look when I go in tomorrow.

You can link your Costco Amex to your Facebook Amex Sync app and then put the Lowes offer onto your card that way. (You can do the same through a Twitter account.)

If your spouse has a 2nd card on your Costco Amex account, you can do the exact same thing for the other card as well. (It's one account, but the card numbers are different and Amex treats the offers as unique per card number, not per account.)

Once you register each card for the Lowes $10 off $50 offer, you can drop by your nearest Lowes and each of you can ring up a $50 Disney card and charge it to your Costco card. A few days later, Amex will credit your account with a $10 rebate on each of your purchases. ($100 Disney dollars for $80)

Google "Amex Sync" to find the Amex Offers web page and then Follow the Facebook sign up link on that page.

Be sure to enroll each card separately for the Lowes offer in the app.

You can either use different Facebook or Twitter accts for each card, OR ... After you load the offer to the first acct, you can "Disconnect" it and then immediately sign up and enroll the next credit card (the same way you did the first). Once an offer is loaded to a card number, it stays in place through the listed expiration date.

We just got back from our trip to Lowes, and we were able to do two of the three cards. (forgot to take the third one with me. )

I got home and already had emails saying, "thanks for using your synced AmEx card at Lowes. Be looking for a $10 credit within the next 90 days."

Woo-hoo!! Twenty percent off works for me!! Just wish I had as many AmEx cards as I do Disney Visas!! I would have had a hay day!!!

Editing to add that I also noticed there was an offer for BP gas stations, $5 credit for a $30 purchase, so I linked that offer as well!!

I know this works at Target, but would be even better if it did at Sams. Then I could cash out my Swagbucks for WM gift cards instead of Target and stretch them a little further

Yep, I've done that many times, mostly because my best rewards card is a AMEX, which Sams doesn't take.

I use Walmart GC's at Sams Club regularly. I've purchased many gift cards (including Disney) without any problem. In fact, I can even scan and activate them in the self-service checkout, while paying with gift cards (one or multiple cards -- doesn't matter).

You might want to call your Sams club to verify that they carry the WDW gcards.
My local one does, but I found out Monday, on a trip to Columbus, that some stores do not.
So to save yourself some hassle, you might want to call them first.
