Here's a good example of a trade in flip I found just now even though It's out of stock on the website. You'll have to find it in an actual Microsoft Store or see if a store can price match it.
Just Dance 2015 is on sale at Microsoft Store for $9.99

You can then flip it at Gamestop for $16.50 ($15 if you don't have a membership)

If you flip three, depending on tax, you could profit around $15-$17. Keep in mind that the gamestop trade in credit > gift card varies by store (different stores have different policies). You should ask up front if you can convert trade in credit to GC. You can trade in 3 of the same game max per Gamestop per person, but some stores will only let you trade in one game of the same title at a gamestop, so you'll have to go from store to store if they won't let you trade all three at once which is what some people do.
You can bank up a ton of trade in credit, and buy a used game from gamestop when they have good deals and trade it in to Best Buy when they have 30%-50% promos and buy GC with Best Buy credit (which always works). You'll have to do the conversion and find out what game you can get at Gamestop and trade to Best Buy with minimal loss.
It's a lot of work for profit, but depending on the specific deal/offer it can be a great flip.
EDIT: I remember last year or even two years ago, there was a promotion at the Microsoft Store in which they were taking in any video game for $10 with 5 games max per day for like a week. Everybody was going around buying 99 cent-$2 used video games at Gamestop and trading them in. Me and my roommate went everyday and I ended up getting a new Xbox One for $35 since they don't have gift cards to convert to. They probably won't do it again considering they must have backfired on them. Lots of people went. Just an idea for of how good of a profit game flipping can be...
