Where did the card come from? The scratch-off part can be peeled off so it looks like it was never there. Or, I suppose, it could have never had the scratch-off part applied to the card; a manufacturing defect.

It was from target. My guess is it was a defect. But since the card had the money on it that was a relief. Still I felt better transferring it to another card ASAP.

Is there an easy way to see if you have a balance on any of your eBay gift cards? I believe I've used the odd balance ones I had but I'm not 100% and would like to check. Paypal used to list all your cards in one place but I can't find how to do that now.

Login, click on "Wallet" at the top, and then go to "classic site" (at the bottom of the page). Click on the 2nd item on the left side, "my Money." In the middle of page "gifts and discounts", it will tell you how much you have left on cards loaded to your account click on "get redemption code" and it will list them (with all your zero balance ones as well).

Not necessarily. I got the last two, and I also got this one. It honestly appears to be random, or random enough that no one has figured out the algorithm for it.

I signed up my MIL last week since I am at my limit and she did not get the offer today but she did get a $10 coupon off a $20 or more purchase. I used it and hope that means they will include her in the next one.

Yep, I did the 5x and 4x near the end of feb, then did not get the 3x offer last week, but then got this one today. So completely random. Maybe they just choose 50%-75% of the accounts each time? I really don't think its based on what you do/don't spend.

Anyone having trouble logging into paypal through eBay? I keep getting sent to a verification, get a text, verify the number then get sent right back to the same verification prompt. I can't buy my gift cards, ugh.

Yes, it took me 3 tries/verifications to get my gift cards bought earlier.

I have tried over and over again. I had to call both eBay and Paypal. Ebay made me check out through the Australian site, but then I had to call back because I didn't get credit for the 5x eBay Bucks. They said it should show up soon. I am trying to purchase one more card with a separate account, but am having no luck at all. At least I got the $400 plus $80 ebay/ebay bucks. I should just be glad of that, I guess.

Paypal is so annoying! "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address." "Something went wrong. Please try to check out again." "We can't apply this code to your order." Ugh.
I managed to order $600 on son's new account but then I broke Paypal again. I called Paypal and he told me I need to order more non gift card stuff since the account is new. So I go to looking to buy some inexpensive items and end up buying a Disney World 5oz silver coin for $200.(no regrets) Poor seller now has to send his coin to buyer with only 3 feedback.
I went to Best Buy w/ my new BB Paypal Digital gift cards to see if I could get Ebay gcs but they didn't have any. Bought $25 Disney gc and $50 Shell gcs.
