Disney Gift Card Deals

I got a chance to go to a different target today and I was able to use my gift card for disney gift cards! Went to self check out and it worked. Took a while to process (so i was standing there giving the machine positive thoughts) lol. Only negative is there were only $50 and $25 ones. Bought all the $50 ones I saw, left the $25 ones because I have to come back anyway because I still have $900 in target gift cards to use. Hope they restock soon because my trip is in a little over 3 weeks!

Edit: I just checked targets website and it says they have $100 ones... ugh. I didn't see them. Mine has the gift cards spread out everywhere but I thought I checked every station.

In one store, the only place I could find the $100 were on the display in the electronics department. In another store, they were on a display near the greeting card section. Not sure there's any rhyme or reason to it. Glad that it worked out for you!

Theres an aisle on the $100 ones online. I guess we will see. I wish they just kept them all in once place so I didn't look suspicious fast walking towards and observing every single gift card rack.

Relax! They've seen crazier I can assure you! (Like last year with the buy 2$25 get $5 deal, 2 of us in my fam tore through every stack of gift cards [in 3 different Targets] at each register and then raced through the store as quickly as possible to find as many $25 Disney as we could. There was another person/people in our town who had hit up the targets before us because inventory said available but they weren't there any more. Time was money so we were both walking as fast as possible without technically running! And gosh did we look CRAZY- heck I would have been suspicious of us!)

Last Xmas we were told the inventory system can take awhile to update. I'm sorry I don't remember exactly how long but it's not a live shot of what is in store.

Thanks! I would think it was automatic- once someone pays for it it lowers the inventory.

You might of seemed crazy but being on a mission can sometimes be fun in the moment lol. I was trying to get out as fast as possible, I had a friend circling around the store so we didn't have to pay for parking. Didn't help that the cute holiday stuff in the $1 section was calling my name and that target is 2 floors

Has anyone ever had a target gift card show as "shipped" but with no tracking information? I chose to have the gift card I ordered online mailed to me (kind of an accident) and I got the "shipped" notice but when I check the order there's no tracking information for just that card - the rest of my order has a number.

I've never bought a physical target GC from online before, I usually email it so I'm not sure if this is normal.

It was a one-day 10% off sale on Target-branded gift cards on 12/4. The deal's over. Target has been doing this sale for three years now during the holidays. Check back next year.

Same here, I ordered the physical gift card and got the same exact email. Hopefully it shows up tomorrow for us both!

I got one of my orders yesterday, and this is the one I ordered first thing in the morning. I did another order later that evening, and it has shipped, but hasn't arrived yet.

Sam's Club is having their One-Day sale on December 17. The ad shows 20% off Gift Cards. The picture does not show Disney cards, but do those that have had experience with their sale, are Disney cards included??

Last month they ran a similar promo and Disney was not included
Also just as an FYI it wasn't an additional 20% of their normal prices it is 20% total discount (for example if a $100 gift card for a restaurant was sold everyday at Sam's for $85 it was $80 on the one day sale in nov)

I don't think you can purchase gift cards with a gift card online.

Well, that would just be my luck! I'm going to convert mine to Disney gift cards tomorrow in store.

They have been cancelling those orders since this summer. If you look at the terms it actually says you cannot use a target gift card to purchase the Disney gift card.

Wow that's crazy. I can see they refunding the purchase to the original card for saying people abused the promo but I am shocked if they can legally withhold the $270 from the original gift card.
