Yes. They have $25 and $50 cards at mine. I believe mine has eBay, and I am really tempted to turn into eBay again, and get one more purchase at 8% Ebucks, but I leave next Wednesday. So, I will get Disney. I don't want to get caught w/ eBay if PPDG declines one more purchase. If I get stuck w/ Sears, I will buy a portion of this week's groceries at Kmart, and move that cash to the vacation fund.

It's possible, but you don't earn any portal rewards OR ebay bucks doing that. I've also ready reports here where doing that sometimes sets off flags in PPDG's system. Caveat emptor.

IT almost doesn't matter, unless you are going to shop at the same store. At the Sears near me, in Houston, they wouldn't let me buy any gc's with a Sears card.

I have repeatedly had success at Sears. Last time was about 10 days ago. I think some members posted getting turned away, but I've always slid my card and they've been accepted. I go to the same cashier, if she is there in the men's department. We talk about my upcoming trip. I explain how combining the gift cards is safer than cash, due to being able to transfer balances if a card is lost, etc.

I will say that I've only used physical cards. Today, I'm going in with $400 in eGC's from the PPDG promotion. I will report back my results

I'm really tempted to jump on this but waiting to hear back from you...

I've never printed my BB GCs from PPDG. I have each of them pulled up and ready to go before I get to the register.

No issue using screen caps rather than printed out GCs for BB ppdg.

Got my $200 SVM Walgreens yesterday. Today I flipped them to eBay without problem. Got BB through PPDG without issue. Went to BB and flipped back to eBay and got shopkick points. Back to SVM for Walgreens.

Ended up with $32 in ebucks, $4 ebates, 400 shop kicks with $3.98 oop on shipping covered by ebates. Isn't quite the big numbers used to see but can't complain. I've already earned on this initial $200 on this quarter $68 and shop kicks so I'll take it.

$200 seems to be a good number with PPDG for me and I'd love to flip a couple times each promo thru BB but PPDG is a fickle booger. I dislike the shipping but Walgreens by me seems to be cooperative and I can cash out easily if it goes bust.

Edit- weird data point. AFTER my sale goes through PPDG (with ebay gc) and I have received the BB gc AND have already flipped back to eBay I get an automated call from PayPal wanting to make sure it was me so I confirm and they are like ok we will pay now. :/ ummm. It's a gc and already paid came through... A bit late. I checked that PP account and the transaction was 0.

Sometime in April, eBay changed their policy to no longer allow eBay GC purchases with eBay GCs. Pretty sure their software won't allow these transactions to get through checkout anymore. Occasionally, PPDG offers eBay GCs at 5% off or more, and it used to be an easy way to roll an eBay GC to buy a discounted eBay GC and net $5+. You can still use eBay Bucks to buy eBay GCs, and this is a good way to extend the life of your eBay Bucks before they expire.

I used to print out my PPDG eGCs, but now I just screencap and have them ready to display and flip through in my photo album. BB just needs to be able to scan the barcode and see the PIN to input.

Okay. Issue at two walgreens, both I've been successful at previously. My gift cards rang up "tender not recognized". The real kicker is, I added on a side item and it wouldn't even pay for that!

They're the red cards, I ordered them from SVM and I've called the number on the back and confirmed the balances.

So, what gives? Walgreens POS having issues today or are the cards somehow defective? Do I try again tomorrow? Anyone else having issues?

Did you try having them type in the GC number, rather than swiping it? I was using a GC at Sam's the other day - it wouldn't swipe, but it worked when the employee entered the number.

I was just denied in Chambersburg today. I churned through this store 2 or 3 times now with no issues. Today I got a cashier that called a manager before I could even swipe my card. I could try again to get another cashier, but I know the manager, so if she gets called again, she will surely recognize me.

Unfortunately, there aren't too many Walgreens in out neck of the woods. I hate when corporate and branches aren't on the same page. It is frustrating.
