What about disney cash? Can they make it into "real" money for tips?

You can use a gift card/rewards card to leave a tip. When they bring your receipt back, there will be a blank area to leave the tip amount. They will deduct it from your card after you've left the restaurant. I did this several times on my last trip in December.
