Disney for cheer

We love Disney and have been often but never for cheer. This feels like a whole new experience. We leave in less than a month and have very little info from the coaches. All I have at this point is my hotel, which is a Disney springs hotel. Can anyone who has been to Disney for cheer/dance give me any tips on what to expect?
Should I get park tickets now through varsity that include admission to ESPN?
How much park time do you really get?
Thoughts on the celebration party they do for the kids?

Did you book a package with the cheer team? Or book a hotel on your own? Typically there is a package offered to the athletes and families — the athlete needs to buy the package but families are optional. You can purchase regular WDW tickets, the Sports and More option includes admission to ESPN but the cheer competition may be a special ticket. I suggest you get in contact with the cheer coach or whomever is organizing the trip.

We did not book our hotels through varsity. The girls park tickets are through varsity sports. The problem is we aren't getting alot of info
