Hello,
Planning another trip "home" this coming April. I've been coming to Disney for years but this past September was my husbands first time. There was so much to take in we missed a lot. What recommendations do you Disney couples have for us?
Thanks!

okay not a couple -

what does he or you like to do? - eat, watch shows, rides, listen to lectures (not the dull ones) -

Everything! I think the last time trying to take stuff in- we did mainly the bigger named attractions/ shows. Looking for hidden bits of knowledge that will make this next trip amazing!

Why not try some of the tours? My hub and I are going for the first time alone next Nov. We plan to do several of the tours such as Behind the Seeds (my DH likes square foot gardening), Keys to the Kingdom or Marceline to Magic, and Wild Africa trek. Since we have been many times with our children and grandchildren we branching out. I'm really looking forward, as always, to this trip!

It depends on what you are into:
sports: golf, mini-golf, fishing, marathon, bowling, ESPN Club, WWS/ESPN Zone, etc
shopping: DTD, area outlet malls, large scale malls
drinking: Jellyrolls, Raglan Road, monorail tour of resorts, walking tour of resorts in the Boardwalk area
movies: DTD 24 screen theater some with meals served by waiters
night clubbing: Jellyrolls, Atlantic Dance, Raglan Road, Citywalk
resort tours: monorail tour of resorts, Boardwalk around the lake tour of resorts, horse drawn tour of FWC, AKL/AKV
offsite: Gaylord Palms Resort, Citywalk, swamp tour
eating: Formal GF 5* Chef's Table @ V&As

Oh yes! The tours! I would love that! Thank you!

What exactly is the ESPN club?

would start with the home site of the disney - then ask questions

http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwplan.htm

you can not do everything at WDW in one trip. Or even take a big bite - unless you want to be tired, mad and just feel grumpy and overwhelmed. there is too much to do.

My advice is to take things slow and easy!

We did the snorkeling tour at Epcot in 2014 and just loved it, so I def recommend you check out some of the tours offered. This year we did a private party with fireworks and characters, which was so expensive but so fun! Fireworks cruises are also great! We enjoy the signature restaurants a ton! We're also huge character people (well I am) so we try to seek out the rarer ones and get pics with them!

Then in the parks we make it really fun.
- MK: we don't take the lesisurely pace. We grab a map even though we don't need it and go on every single thing. As two adults with no kids it's easy yet extremely fun and challenging.
- In Epcot, aside from the rides, we eat and or drink around the world. We go from country to country and have to buy at least one thing to eat and or drink. It's super fun!
- because we're only 2 people AK and HS are pretty much half day. We go through everything fairly quickly but always try and get those signature dinners in those nights that offer amazing fireworks views! Very romantic!
- shopping. We're obsessed. I love all the home products and we love the fine art stores.
