Hey, I have a 1 month old but was thinking of planning a trip next year when my son is 1. I just wanted to know if there was a website or blog that shows you what rides a 1 year old can go on.

If you Google Disney World height requirements, you'll find the only rides that a 1 year old can't go on. Basically thrill rides that you're not going to want to take him on and kiddie coasters. Everything else is fine. Disney is very baby/toddler friendly, unlike some theme parks that have so many restrictions on rides that 1 year olds are very limited in what they can do (like LEGOLAND).

We took our 1-year-old last fall and she went on every ride (minus thrill rides and Soarin) with us. Definitely plenty of rides for that age.

We took our one month old to Disney last September and took her on everything with no height restriction. She will be 9 months old next month when we go and then she will be 13 months old for our September trip. At 9 and 13 months she is going to be much more aware of what's going on obviously so hoping that she will enjoy it. My concern is more how loud the fireworks are for her little ears. Not sure why I wasn't concerned at a month old and am now but I want to bring baby headphones or something :confused3

I'm bringing my 5 month old in June for his first trip (his big sister's graduation trip) and plan to ride everything he can ride. Well depending on his mood of course. We live on the Gulf Coast of MS where Mardi Gras is prevalent and I took him to a couple of Mardi Gras parades when he was around 4 - 6 weeks old. The noise didn't bother him, he actually was very interested in watching all the excitement of the parades. I don't plan to watch Wishes in the park this trip but will see it from the restaurants where we have reservations made for those nights so I'm not sure if the loud fireworks would be different than the loud parades. Of course, he can sleep through noise and it doesn't seem to bother him.

I'm hoping he will like the characters and not cry but if he does, then we'll see how he does once he's older.

Our 2 year old daughter will be making her third trip to disney this month. We took her at 4 months and at about 18 months. They can go on pretty much anything you can hold them on, dumbo, magic carpets, POTC
