Artisanal pasta - goat cheese and squash cream, chanterelles, figs, root spinach and pumpkin seed brittle


Beef filet with heirloom tomato risotto, aged balsamic and tomato butter (if you're thinking that the serving of risotto looks small, you are not wrong. This was the first time I was at all disappointed with CG. Everything tasted great, we just felt a little ripped off.)

Chicken aioli sandwich - pesto aioli, lettuce, tomato and sliced chicken. Subbed caramelized onions for red onions (great decision IMO). Also subbed salad for chips. Very tasty!

Thank you for this post! I sadly chose to skip trying this during my last trip to MK a couple of weeks ago & went to Capt Cook's to try the Pulled Pork Nachos instead. It was alright but I regret not going to Friar's Nook instead. This is my new plan for my next trip in a few months! It looks so good!
