Artisanal pasta - goat cheese and squash cream, chanterelles, figs, root spinach and pumpkin seed brittle
Beef filet with heirloom tomato risotto, aged balsamic and tomato butter (if you're thinking that the serving of risotto looks small, you are not wrong. This was the first time I was at all disappointed with CG. Everything tasted great, we just felt a little ripped off.)
