What is that white gooey stuff inside?

I believe it was the alcohol sauce they use. I'm not sure though -- all I know is that they use alcohol when cooking it and I could certainly taste the alcohol once I got to the middle. So I assumed that was it but really I have no idea

ETA: When you look at it in the restaurant it doesn't look like that, but when I took the picture it turned out that way. I think it was the flash that did it. Without flash it looks like this:

So you can still kind of see it it just doesn't look as weird.

There recently have been some pics posted of the salmon at Wolf Gang Puck's Express. We had it twice in October. The first time was SO good, we wanted to go back for another. Second time wasn't AS good, but it was still awesome. On the quick service dining plan, this was our fav meal (plus the Greek salad at Cosmic Rays Yum!)

Donut Dessert Meteor Bites - these were awesome! If I went again, I'd ask for all vanilla donuts though because the chocolate ones tasted a little burnt.

Here is DH's $9 chicken tostadas from the La Cava De Tequila Bar, they were fabulous.

And then my Cucumber Margarita from there as well....mmm mmm, that was great.

We went to Tony's for lunch on our anniversary while we were at WDW. It was pretty good. Better than I had thought it was going to be. And the garlic toast was out of this world.

DH had the Spaghetti with Italian Sausage.

I had the Chicken Parm.

Okay, just forget about the HUGE overkill piece of romaine lettuce, this sandwich from the Studio Catering Company at Hollywood Studios was REALLY tasty!!!
