This fish replaced the miso mahi on the new menu. I don't have a good description.

Teriyaki-style New York Strip - sirloin strip grilled with pineapple teriyaki glaze served with mashed Yukon gold potatoes and stir-fried broccolini

Chocolate on Chocolate Whiskey Cake - finished with Honey-Thyme Anglaise and a Chocolate-Vanilla Walnut Sauce

Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon - with wild mushroom risotto, white truffle and herb butter sauce

No-Sugar Added Chocolate Mousse - with Wild Berry Compote and No Sugar Added Raspberry Sorbet

Salmon with pecan crust (I think) over corn puree. This replaced the King Salmon Two Ways on the new menu. I don't have an accurate description.

Here are some pics from our Cape May dinner in Dec. We were on the dining plan, so for 2 of us we used up 2 TS credits. It was my husbands fav. meal of the entire trip!

(There are a few times that I forgot to take pics...sorry our main focus was eating so we didn't get a large variety of food pics. sorry about that)

Cape May House Salad...you pick toppings at salad bar. My hubby thought this was really good!

Crab legs, Hand-carved Flank Steak, Tortellini with Lobster Sauce, Macaroni and Cheese, Baked Seasonal Fish (tilapia i think?), and Basil Mashed Potatoes.

Hand-carved Flank Steak, Tortellini with Lobster Sauce, Baked Seasonal Fish, Fried Shrimp(only on buffet Mon, Wed, Sat...but it was the best fried shrimp we had ever eaten!!!)

Crab legs and corn bread!!!! YUMMY!

Dessert...they ran out of Oreo Bon Bon's right before we got dessert but we were able to find some other things to try. Raspberry cheesecake, Flan, Blondie Brownie and Key Lime Tart.
