Disney Food Pictures...Part III

Really??? :confused3Then it must be brand new. My child and I ate here last trip. We were on the DP and ordered 2 identical pizza combo's. The CM would not have let me order 2 adult CS meals when 1 child and 1 adult were on the plan.
They added a kids meal at the very end of September 2008. It's mentioned in a DIS thread (LINK here):

We went to Pizza Planet twice this trip. The first time (on 9/22) they had your usual "Buzz Meal Deal, Woody Meal Deal" etc...we were able to get our two pizza-loving DS's the big personal pan pizza with a mickey rice krispie treat. They were in heaven.

We went back yesterday (9/30) and in those few days - the kids meals appeared. Can't use the DDP child quick services there unless you get the kids pick now. It consists of this mini pizza (about 1/2 the size of the adult serving) a small drink and a side of your standard grapes/cookie etc....We ended up using our last adult counter services to feed our DS's too since they would have eaten the kids pizza in three bites.

There is a Candy shop in Frontierland near Peco's Bill. I got the chocolate peanut butter one there. They sometimes have samples to :woohoo:

Ahh - that must be where I got the key lime fudge. That sounds like the general vacinity.

The grapefruit cake it's from Hollywood Brown Derby, DHS. I think you can also get it from Starring Rolls Bakery?

Really? I've always wanted to try the grapefruit cake- is this true you can get it at Starring Rolls Bakery - does anyone know if this is true?

I need some Food Porn help! Here's the scenario: last night of our 8 night stay, we are of course ending with a bang & spending the last full day at MK. Dinner ADR: Tony's or Crystal Palace?
We did lunch at Crystal Palace last trip & loved it....help??

I've not eaten at either, but with Disney I also choose a sit down over a buffet if I can help it.

I'm not really a fan of buffets either, I love the food at the Crystal Palace. I vote CP

We ate at Crystal Palace a few times for breakfast and had REALLY crappy service so we've stayed away but the pictures of lunch/dinner lately have looked really good.

This was OOP, because. I wanted to try it, after reading such wonderful reviews. So, we skipped our cs lunch. To eat here. Needless to say this did not go over well with the kids. So, I got them a snack, after we left.

Childs beef entree. Ds, hardly touched this. He was looking forward to the sweet & sour chicken. But, for some reason. It was not offered. He chose to munch on honey chicken instead.

Honey sesame chicken. Same delicious flavor. But, we were served less this time.

Dessert's
Rice pudding. I did not taste this. But, was told after one spoon. It was not very appetizing. But, I am sure, someone must like it.

Cake. I really do not remember the name of it. But, it was very spongy and dry. I had two forkfuls, and that was it.

I really thought this was the infamous citrus swirl. But, I read it was discontinued. :confused3 All, I know is it was citrusy, smooth, and creamy. What is there not to like?

We had this Island BBQ Pork Sandwich at Capt Cooks two weeks ago. It was soooo yummy. The bread was sweet and the pineapple slaw on it was divine. It also had a cucumber slice which made it taste unique.

That's exactly what we did!!! The bread isn't as thick or dense as EoS, but sweet & softer. I can't wait to have another!
