He is our floral planner also! He is Awesome! He had very great ideas to make things cheaper and listened to excatly what I wanted!

You'll email the floral questionnaire back to Jennifer then she will coordinate a time you can speak with Warren (that's how mine worked, then we met our florist at the planning session).

I just sent an email saying hello and I think I asked her a question. I've booked my phone planning session with her for April and with the florist straight after. I'd just drop her an email if I were you. Who is your planner? I have Meri.
How are your plans coming along? We are flying out on 17th with BA, Virgin were full!

I've got Christina Jacoby. She's not said anything about setting a date for the planning session or anything. I did email about getting a copy of our signed contract through as we hadn't heard anything and she said its now in the post.

I feel like I'm always nagging!!

Struggling with the flights, still not got some rsvps back so still not sure on numbers, and we want to fly out with my mum so still waiting to book flights. You have no idea how anxious I am about flights, they are the bain of my life at the moment!

How is the rest of your planning coming along? Can you believe we are only about 9 months away!?

I know, 9 months! Can't believe it! Totally understand about the flights, it was stressing me out so much. When you book, check out BA, they had much better deals than Virgin.
I had to email my planner about the signed contract and she emailed it to me. Have you heard anything about Annual Pass vouchers? Some people on here have received them with their signed copy of the contracts at 10 months but I haven't heard anything about them. I hate having to keep emailing, feels like I'm being a pain in-the-you-know-what! Lol

I wasn't sure about the APs either, so I asked her about them when I emailed about the contract and she said they would be put in the post with the contract. You should follow up on that one, make sure you get them APs!!

Has any of your family booked yet? I had a lot of people drop out over the last couple of weeks so our numbers have gone from around 30 to about 15ish. Its a bit disheartening, but I guess its what you have to expect having a wedding so far away.

Yes, think I'll email about the APs!
My parents have booked, Phil's parents, sister and her two kids and his best man and his family booked. We all booked together. And my friend and her family have booked separately. We've had a few drop out, gone from about 22 to 18 which is a shame. It's the room block I'm stressing about now. We only blocked a low amount of rooms but the people we blocked rooms for are the ones who've backed out!
