Disney Floral delivery to resort...

Hi, all. Quick question regarding Disney Floral. Will they leave flowers in the room if we are not there or do we need to actually be in the room to accept a delivery? Thanks!

They will leave it in room if not there. Same with any gift packages as well.

The surprise ( flower-delivery) I got was placed in our room
after we checked in
but had gone straight to a park.
So I came back to find it on the table. Along with some pixie dust Xtras!
Loved it all!

We order every time we go and it's usually in the room when we checkin. If not, they've always brought it up shortly after. We haven't ever had to fetch it from the front desk.

We have ordered the coolers filled with snacks x3 and they were never left in the room upon arrival. We had to call guest services and have them delivered to our room.

Every time we have done this - for both flowers/balloons as well a fun items and snacks for our son's birthday, they were placed in the room immediately after we checked in. We walked around the resort for a while and when we went back to the room everything was all set up!

We've done this 4 times. Once it was delivered to the room while we were out. The other 3 I had to call to have it brought up.
