Disney Fish Extender Newbie- Please Help

Hi All! I know its been ask a million times BUT... I have tried and tried and I just can NOT figure how to become a member of a fish extender group. For that matter I can not even figure out how to find more than one tiny thread about our cruise on the Disney Dream this December 14, 2015.
Can someone please help this Disney Cruise newbie out?
