Just received an early birthday present from my other/better half.

Its a 'Noah' fine art piece, Jessica Rabbit.... she's not naughty, she's just drawn that way!

If you are not familiar with Noah, watch this you tube video of him creating the official D23 poster.

Anyway, my question is has anyone seen this sort of art on sale at Disneyland Paris? I am especially interested in his Vinylmations...?

Ta!

I believe they have some of his pieces in both Harrington's on main street as well as in Disney Village. I'm not sure about his Vinyalmation... not sure which are his but they do seem to carry most of current series that are available in the US parks. Hope this helps :)

Thank you... Is Harringtons the shop with the glass blowing?

I vaguely recall a gallery in the studios, but that may have been mostly film memorabilia. Long time since i have been to dlp... Nice to know there may be a store capable of extracting lots of money from me! Hey - imagine that... At disney!!

I have read a bit about the vinylmagic, but wasnt certain if it had travelled beyond the US parks.

What a lovely present! :goodvibes

Thank you. I agree!

I have some David Willardson pieces as well... Plus some animation cells. Some viitors to my home think it weird to have 'childrens' pictures on my walls, but i find animation and this sort of artwork fascinating.

Part of me is dissappointed by pixar as it sort of dismisses the humble cell to history... Admittedly, they produce good films though!

Yes, that's Harrington's. The Studios gallery is mainly film memorabilia although they sell WDCC, Disney Traditions, snowglobes etc. There's a gallery in the Village but when we were there in May we thought there was less fine art than on our last visit three years before.

I read that dlp are building a World of Disney Store in the village. Any idea if this will be open in time for Christmas?

I don't think it will be, I was there last week & there is loads still to do.

ETA: I have just checked its due to open 2012
