Disney Fantasy - Port Canaveral Disembarking Process/Timing, Post-Covid

Has anyone sailed on the Fantasy recently, disembarking in Port Canaveral? What was the earliest people were able to walk off the ship and how busy was the terminal?

We have our 1st sailing post-covid next week and we're wondering if we should anticipate any changes from what we've experienced in years past. We have the option of having a rental car waiting for us in the parking garage OR scheduling a driver to pick us up. In the past, even with a driver scheduled, the port was so busy it would take them a while to get to us. Since we had to book an early flight, we thought it would be wise to get a current day reality check. Thanks!

We just got off the Fantasy today. They announced that people could disembark a little before 7:30.

Also, did they happen to have pin trading available that you noticed in shops or in programming (officer pin trading). I'd love to hear any impressions you had about the cruise programming compared to pre-covid. And lastly, what were the movies playing in the theater??? We're so excited to be going back!!!
