**Disney Fantasy June 30th, 2012- EASTERN**

Yay! So glad it worked for you. I have seen a few people doing this and of course they are all getting better rooms! We have a 4C and I am feeling left out! So happy everyone is getting some nice discounts and upgrades! We are getting very excited now.

I have to go fax my DVC card over! Don't forget to do that!

What was strange was the first CM that took care of me, when she booked me in the verandah room I asked her what catagory it was and she said a 5A, now I had the website up and saw they had catagories up to 4A avaliable and I asked her to quote me one catagory higher - 4D. She told me it was the same price so I went hmmmmmmm, well give me the 4D than if it's the same price. When I hung up I went hmmmm again and called back and the next CM I asked, would the price be the same for 4A, B and C also. She told me 4A would cost a bit more so it seems the same price for the verandah ended at 4B, so I told her to switch me to a 4B than.

I know it's the luck of the draw sometimes on the type of CM you get but that first one was like pulling teeth to get information from - she offered up nothing. I mean really, wouldn't you offer up the best room that is avaliable for the offer? Either way I'm thankful for the chance to be in a verandah room:yay:

And yes, the difference with 4A, B, C and D is the difference of what deck you are on - we're all stacked up on top of each other in the same area of the ship :woohoo:

PS thanks for the reminder to fax my DVC card - I wonder what happens to a reservation if you forget

I think because others were getting higher - A & B.

Some of us couldn't get ANYTHING, and alas, are stuck in our regular ol rooms :lmao:

So, that's why I said I'd feel enough left out for us all :thumbsup2

Isn't the only difference the fact that they the 4a and 4b cabins are located on higher decks than the 4c cabins? or is there something else?

If you don't fax your DVC membership card, you will lose the DVC pricing / offer

I don't do Facebook either and not worring about the FE

:)

Well my Dreams TA worked it out and I got a 1422.80 credit, we are keeping our original connecting cat 5b cabins. :thumbsup2

I had the very same experience, my first call I was offered a cat 5. I wasn't booking then, mainly asking questions, and when I called back I was again first offered a cat 5, and said I was really looking at a cat 4 because I wanted the round tub (silly, I know, but its the little things). The CM didn't hesitate and said sure we have it. There are just two of us, and I wondered if they were trying to save the cat 4s for those that had more people in their group since those cabins are a little bit bigger.

I faxed mine in this morning, and I am wondering how we can check to make sure that they show they have received it. I know I sent it, but them saying they got it may be another story. :confused3

If you booked with a TA - email your TA to have them check with DCL

If you booked directly with DCL give them a call later today

Ouch, looks like our cruise may get sold out! Reports are that the June 23 and 30 cannot be booked for the DVC deal anymore. I don't know if that means they just stopped the deal on those cruises or if our cruise is really sold out. It doesn't show up on the website anymore when I put in for a family of four.

Those of you with GTY, did you get a room assignment?

Sounds like our cruise will be busy busy busy then!

Sold out of verandahs maybe, but there must be a bunch of Oceanview and Inside rooms still open. I doubt someone snapped up my old room in the past 24 hours, especially with the great DVC deal staring at everyone.

Oh well, at least I have my own verandah now.

If anyone wants to join in FE#3 please let me know:cool1:

We would love to join in on FE we just booked this cruise with the great DVC deal. It is myself (susan), DH (Jeff), DD (kate 7) and DS (keith 5). We sailed on the wonder this past march and loved it. The kids really liked the FE so here is hoping that there will be room for us.

Great! What is your room number?

The sailing on the 30th is COMPLETELY sold out, or so DCL claims.

Inside, outside, verandah. Every room is booked.

The cruise no longer comes up on the website. Even for two adults only.

This baby is sold out! Or they are arranging rooms. GTY people check your ressies!
Forget the pools people! :headache:
