Disney fan pet peeves

So what's your pet peeve? Here's one of mine:

Friend: We went to Disney World last weekend!

Disney Fan (me) : Cool, what park did you visit.

Friend: Oh, just Disney World.

Me: Yeah but... nevermind. Glad you had fun!

Haha. Has anyone else suffered through that? It's the same feeling as nails on a chalk board! Post some of yours, I'm eager to hear of others.

Yep! I get that at work all the time, "You're going there again?!" I always tell them that they have no idea what they're missing out and start giving them facts about WDW and how much adult stuff there is to do.

My favorite is when you ask people what rides they went on and they say "I don't remember", or "We just walked around". But my biggest pet peeve is Mission Space because it will always be Horizons!

Related to that, I get a little aggravated when I let folks know I am going to be on vacation and they say "Oh, you're going to Disney again", but I am going off somewhere else. One of these days I am going to have a beach trip or something planned and then when someone says that, I can go "Neener neener neener!"

The ride that was there before that was called Horizons, and it was one of my favorites, so whenever I see it, it makes me sad

Yes this. And it usually comes from people who do the same vacations all of the time.

I really hate when people complain about things that are out of everyones hands. For example people who complain about the wait times for lines, or that it rained the whole time they were there, or they didn't do any research before their trip and how them not knowing ruined everything.

My brother went on a carnival cruise. Puked most of the trip. Never made fun of my Disney habit again.
