Disney Family Vacation Tshirt HELP!!!

Hi!!

My family and I have a Disney World vacation planned for July 2012. We are interested in making shirts for our vacation. I searched on google images and it brought me to a picture of a vintage type Mickey Mouse made out of people's names. When I clicked on the picture it took me to this website. I would LOVE to know how/where to get shirts made like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks so much!
