Disney Fairy Costumes Discounted at Target

I was just in Target in Newington CT today and I found the Rosetta and Silvermist Fairy costumes discounted to 9.99 (from 20.09). A lot of the Fairy toys were on clearance as well. I don't know if this is nationwide, but it may be worth it to check out if you're already going to Target.
