Can you still add Disney Express to a separate eurostar booking?

Not sure i understand. From what I gather DE is ordered at the time you book your hotel. You maybe able to book it on the day of travel when at the eurostar terminal but i am not sure.

Yes I always do it this way as I book Eurostar separately. I booked our Disney Express just two days ago for our trip on the 14th Aug. Just ring 08702 42 60 83 and have your booking ref and a payment card handy. It takes just a few minutes and the confirmation email followed within 24hrs. Cost is £16 per adult - free for the kids.

Can it be booked one way only? I don't need it for arrival just departure.

For departure you can book it at the hotel and it costs around 7 euros per room I think.
