Disney Event photography main contact

So I have a problem with the way one of the photos we had done looked once it was printed. The only contact name I have is for the wishes wedding coordinator and I don't think she is the proper person to go to and the website doesn't have a contact list. It may not even be a disney problem it may be with the company that actually does the printing that I want to talk with. So does any one have contact info on the person I want at disney event photography?? Thanks!

I had issues with the way my photos were printed, as well. I was in contact with Karina Montgomery. She wasn't easy to deal with, nor did she seem apologetic about all of the trouble it caused me. But, she eventually corrected the problem. I submitted a question on the disney event photography website and she contacted me. Hope that helps!
