Disney Early Morning Magic Fantasyland Tickets

I am visiting Disney over the Thanksgiving Holiday and just found out about an extra ticket event called Disney Early Morning Magic Fantasyland. You get into Fantasyland about 60-75 minutes early and are able to ride Peter Pans Flight, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, & The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh and you also receive a buffet breakfast from Pinocchio Village Haus for approx $69 per adult.
We are visiting at a VERY busy time so I was going to take advantage of this offer but I called and they are sold out but told me to keep checking back.
My question is does anyone know if this ticket is refundable if people change their minds? I am just wondering if it is a possibility that I might actually be able to get tickets now.

But to answer your question, there is a one day cancellation policy for EMM. People do cancel. It is not really a “ticketed” event, EMM acts more like an ADR in terms of the reservation system.

Yes, check that thread linked by GADisneyDad above, but the short answer is that people do cancel and space does sometimes open up. Like any ADR, it is worth it to frequently check availability (especially at exactly 30/60 days before and in the '24-72-hour-before' window, since those are the times people are most likely to cancel) if this is something you definitely want to do. And by the way, it is an awesome event.
