We had a PS at Ohana for 7:30! Luckily, we were only two monorail stops away.
We arrived at the Poly around 7:20 & checked in.
We were seated right after their opening song. I really wish I remembered our servers name because she was just a GEM!!!! She was just wonderful & very friendly.
The characters we saw were Mickey, Goofy, Chip & Dale. Around 8:00, they had a parade with the kids. It was a lot of fun & we really enjoyed our first experience at Ohana!
After breakfast we walked over to the TTC to head over to Epcot. DH, I and my son stayed at the Poly last December so my son was showing Grandma what building we were in & such. We really love the Poly!
Anyway, off to Epcot. Again it didnt seem overly busy when they opened. We headed to Test Track right away to grab some FPs. Then headed off to Ellens Energy.
After Ellens it was time for our FP time at Test Track. We go racing around the track. Afterwards my son was talking about going on Imagination. So we head over to that area. We do Figment & after that ride, brought MORE Figment items. Like I said we all fell in love with Figment!
We talked to my son about doing Honey I shrunk the audience. He just would not have anything to do with it. This is the ONLY 3D show he gets really scared. He told me it is the snake part that scares him, even telling him he can take off his glasses during that part, he still wanted nothing to do with it.
Well, my mother wanted to do Honey, so I told her to go in & DS & I will go do Imagination again & then sit outside & wait for her.
DS & I had a nice time just relaxing & having some ice cream before my mother came back out.
We then head over to the Living Seas. We wanted to meet Nemo. Well, he wasnt out so we go inside to explore. I am not sure just how long we were in there but it seemed like quite awhile. My son is really into marine & ocean life so this was his cup of tea! He really could have spent all day in there.
Well, my mother asked a CM when Nemo would be back out & they told her he should be out there right about now. So we quickly leave the building & sure enough Nemo was outside. Pretty exciting meeting Nemo!
We decided to not go back into Living Seas, although we did not see everything. My son was asking to go on Spaceship Earth. So we head over there. Oh I forgot my son said his knee was hurting from the stroller incident yesterday so we did rent him a stroller for this day. It really wasnt a big deal. I told him at the beginning of this trip to ask for a stroller if he needs one.
Being he said he wanted a stroller I felt he must have really needed one.
He did actually use it most of the day too.
Anyway, we went on Spaceship Earth. We always love this ride.
Then we headed over to The Land. It was almost time for a Nestle Baking experience with the kids so we waited by the area & DS made some cookies. It was nice, not something I would make a point to do but since we were in the area we decided to do it.
We had a 5:00 PS at Garden Grill, so right after DS got done making cookies, we grabbed at FP for Living with the Land & then headed on up to the Garden Grill.
We ate here in December & it wasnt rotating then. I am happy to say it was working on this day! Yeah!
It was kind of neat. We always love this meal & we had a wonderful server. He was so nice & went out of his way. My son had to use the restroom & while he & I were gone, Chip came by, well my son missed him.
When we were ready to leave & we still hadnt seen Chip, our server went and got him so my son could get a picture with him.
We also saw Mickey, Dale & Pluto. This is a great character meal. DS & I just LOVE the bread & butter too!!!!
It was time for our FP at Living with the Land, so we go use them. OK, dont ask me why but my 4 year old son loves this ride! I would not think a 4 year old would like it but he does.
Afterwards we see it is POURING outside & I do mean pouring! It has been such a long day already that we decided to leave & catch IllumiNations another day.
My son was asleep by 8:00 this day! He was just so tired
