Being a basement, it's cooler, but the humidity is just NUTS. The digging is almost done!

Actually, it was a scrap of paper taped into my planning book with all the changes and numbers marked and crossed off. I was actually laughing at myself a little bit while waiting on the phone for the guy to fix everything. Despite all the changes from POR to Pop, from one ressie to four then down to two, cancellation numbers, etc. ... I could still read everything and make sense of it all.

I still have to plan out what to do with my extra park day and meals for our last day. I think I'm going to try for a resort ADR so we can leave which park to go to open and decide when we're there.

I have a question, you said that you are paying for the reg dining plan on the blackout dates... We are going the same dates as you and they gave us free dining for the whole trip, we just had to pay the 180 it was to upgrade us to the reg plan not QS... Did they make you do 2 separate ressies? I am wondering if your CM didn't know you could get the free dining on the blackout dates as long as you checked in during the promotional dates??
You might be able to call again and save some more money...

Hey Toni! Well I'd asked him specifically that question when he told me about the blackout dates, but he was emphatic I would not get them included. I figured I would carry thru with the reservation and then call back to another CM to make sure.
Then I saw your post and wanted to make even more sure!
In the meantime I ran our details thru the quoting thing on the Disney site and it matched what the CM had told me was my savings. Up pops a chat window and CM Thorpe (yes really, Thorpe!) asks me if he can help me at all. I ask him the same question again about the blackout dates and he says, yes, I would be covered for my entire stay.
So I call back to the reservation center and ask them to confirm the free dining was applied correctly.... turns out, it was. Despite the CM telling me I was paying full price for the blackout dates, the computer had actually done everything correctly and the $1400 was my maximum savings. I'm still happy!
