Recently returned from relaxing 4-day cruise on the Dream! The cast members were great!
I particularly enjoyed speaking with Diego from Brazil in the Mainsail area. He was heart-broken that his soccer team was beaten so badly by Germany, but you would not know it by his dedication to customer service. His partner, Sharon was also terrific and helped my wife with perfume purchases. The dining staff was also great! Nuno and Amalia were just wonderful. My daughter and son-in-law loved Palo's and dined there 2 nights. They took me along for brunch. Just wonderful. There waiter, Kamil, was out of this world. (I probably butchered his name!) So professional and one of the best waiters I've had the pleasure to have seen work.
I have and will criticize the Disney "suits" for their over-the-top political correctness, but won't hesitate to laud them for their world class, second to none, customer service! I live in the northeast where customer service is a rarity. So when I'm treated to the type of customer service I get at Disney, I'm just blown away.
