Have you checked the room reports?

One of those says it sleeps 3-4 people. I take that to mean there's a pull down bunk over the sofa.

Look like you have a bigger verandah. Queen bed, sofa becomes a twin bed and should have a pull down from the ceiling above the sofa. Just tell your room steward if you need those extra sleeping spaces, they will set them up each night and put them away in the morning.

Most DCL rooms have 2 bathrooms, one with sink and toilet and other shower/tub and sink.
