Kabelo Mossaine from South Africa is on the Dream and he is the BEST! You will be delighted with him. He is amazing -- and you will be glad you asked for him. Tell him Mama nancy (that's what he calls me) said hi and we will see him in June!

We had a great team during early dining on the Maiden Voyage.

Alex from Chile was Server, he was friendly and lots of fun. He would do puzzles with crayons that kept us all entertained!

Sandro from FRance was Assistant, he was new and a bit hesitant, but very nice.

Head Server was Pascal from Belgium, he was also very friendly, stopped by our table every night. He was the best Head Server we've had on three cruises.

We enjoyed the trio very much and would highly recommend them.

We had Pascal from Belgium on our Wonder cruise in 2008 and have requested him for our upcoming cruise this June! I wonder if he will still be on board??? He was a server in 2008- so glad to hear he was promoted! Isn't he fantastic!!!! My daughter absolutely loved him! In fact, she bought him a Christmas ornament of Pascal from the movie Tangled and has it her suitcase to give to him! I sure hope he is there in June!!!

We had Jayson and Adriana last month. I absolutely adore Jayson. This month was Grissell and Darko. Grissell was wonderful, especially with my DD5. She made sure that her meals were out in time for her to catch the kids club counselors when they made their rounds. We've had problems with that in the past. Darko is a bit soft spoken but got the job done.

Does anyone know if Kendall (server from Trinidad & Tobago) is on the Dream and will be on thru 6/3? I read that he was supposed to be on the Dream and have requested him again, but would like to hear confirmation. We cruise 5/29-6/3. Thanks

I haven't actually been onboard yet, but I have seen pictures and yes Kendall is on the Dream. He had also told us last June that he would be, but those things can always change.

In 2009 on the Wonder we had Aiko as an assistant server, she was really good. I saw her at the group of tables next to ours and would have requested her on the second leg if Jayson hadn't been so good.

I think he is. I believe we had his sister as an asst. server on our Xmas cruise in December. She (Cindy) is moving to the Dream this month and will be a full server.

On our last cruise on the wonder we had Banjo. I'm not sure if he moved over to the Dream or not, but he was AWESOME! He absolutely was the best server that we ever had. Since we're going to be dining with you, I thought I'd suggest him

We were on the Dream 2/17. We had Rajesh as our server and Srdjan as our assistant both were great!!! Ivo was the head server and was very attentive and soo nice!!! This was our 8th cruise and we have never see the head server as much as we did Ivo.

We boarded on the 13th. We had table 55. We missed you by one sailing. You were leaving the ship as we were coming on.

Had Aiko (server, Japan) and Jorge (assistant, Spain) on the Dream in January and they really were a dream team. I hope they're both back on the ship in September for the DVC cruise because I plan to request them. I wasn't thrilled with the head server (who was from Italy but shall otherwise remain nameless) because he didn't even stop by our table until the very last night (after we'd mentioned something to Aiko) and did not make any effort to be personable when he did stop by. But Aiko and Jorge were hands down the best serving team I've had in all my DCL cruises.

Ditto!! Had both Aiko and Jorge on our B2B cruise last week. This is the 4th cruise we have had with Aiko and requested her specifically for our B2B cruise once I found out she was onboard. Totally agree about head server as well

I agree!! We had Grissell on the Dream on the 2/20 sailing. She was so smily, personable and really wonderful! I would totally ask for her again.

Her Assistant Darko was a little green. Very polite guy and tried hard but he seemed to still be learning the ropes. Drink service overall was slow on this cruise- probably still working out the kinks so I think that threw him off and made him rush and do things like leave the uncapped bottle of beer on the table after he served it and forget to pop the top off! He did this to our table twice. Again, not a big deal and I would certainly enjoy sitting at Grissell and Darko's area again.

Thanks so much for the responses regarding Kendall. We really liked him on our 2nd cruise (he was the Asst Server) and saw him on our 3rd cruise, but wasn't aware that he had moved up to a Server or we would have requested him.

This is the first time we have "requested" a server and did so through our TA. Does this usually work out or do I need to head to dining reservations the first afternoon to make sure they have it right?

By the way....Go Wildcats!!!! (responder was K-State Grad) They play tonight and are currently REALLY hot!

They just couldn't make it work for the first leg of the B2B due to the size of our group but we did get him for the second half. He and his assistant server, Tiziana (from Italy) were top notch.

I can see why so many people request him. We are booked for the Fantasy in 2012 and are hoping he will move to that ship so we can request him again. I do recall that he said his contract was up in May and he would be going back home to T & T for 6 (or 8?) weeks then would be back on the Dream.

Can anyone recommend a great server for our upcoming cruise? I've heard some of the servers are fairly new and not quite up to speed so I would love to request a favorite of other experienced cruisers. I realize it will just be a request but I know it never hurts to make a request!

Fitz is an awesome head server. I couldn't decide wether to request to be in his section or to request a specific server. Went with requesting a specific server, but still saw Fitz many times during the cruise.

Marko - is that the same one that now manages in Palo? Love him.


We had Collin (Trinidad) and Isabella (Polland) on the Dream in March. I specifically requested Collin because we had sailed with him last year as an assistant server. Once he moved to the Dream he got promoted to server. Our table mates were amazed that he remembered us and our standard drink orders. He made my son his special punch even though drinks were no longer his job.

We will be on the Dream in three weeks and requested her. She was our asst. server on the WBTA, she deserves the promotion. Yeah!
