Disney Dream- September 25th 4-Night Bahamian Cruise!

Tikimimi...You should hang it! Maybe you'll even get a small unexpected gift one day. I loved seeing peoples fish extenders last year, although I had no idea what they were at the time. There's nothing quite like a Disney Cruise.

Absolutely nothing like a Disney cruise! This past cruise was to celebrate our 18th anniversary which is today - we love remembering back to being on the ship and all we did to celebrate. Disney is WONDERful, MAGICal, a FANTASY and a DREAM come true!!!!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! 18 years is fantastic! My husband and I will be celebrating our 14th next year. Boy...how that time has flown by!

Booke in May, just found these boards! We are so excited to take our first real vacation with our boys, and make it a DREAM come true for all of us. DW and I have take a few cruises on other lines, but wanted to step it up a notch and make sure our little ones received the attention any parent feels they deserve. Any time our oldest sees photos of the ship, he squeals "Oh yeah, the Mickey Mouse Boat!" Would love to join FE, it sounds like so much fun! We are (at time of sailing):

Hello Fellow Dreamers!

We just got back from our third Disney Cruise, and we booked this one on the ship. We can't wait to get on the Dream!!

We loved doing the Fish Extender on our last cruise, and I'm sure my girls will want to do it again! I would just like to share our first FE experience which was very positive!

Our last cruise was for a week, and there were about 50 cabins signed up for the FE. The organizer divided us into 3 groups, but we still delivered 15 bags of goodies. The girls had fun delivering it, and even more fun getting all the nice surprises However, we got too much stuff!!

If there are a lot of people signing up for this, I'd recommend dividing everyone into smaller groups of 8-10 cabins. Where do you pack all the stuff you get?! Anyway, the girls gave away probably 75% of their stuff to other kids and families we met in the dining room. I think my girls gave away 9 bags of goodies in the various restaurants---they felt like Santa, and the other families were SO appreciative!

Please count us in for FE---Me, DW (MB), DD (12), and DD (10)

Looking forward to "Living the Dream" with you all!

Thanks for your input and personal experience. It's getting exciting. For a while there, we only had a few names on the list, but its grown quite a bit in the last month. What a fun way to meet other cruisers.

Hi everyone we just booked our first cruise last night!! We booked a 11A GTY so we don't know what deck or cabin yet but I'm soooooo excited!! We haven't told the kids yet, we're telling them in a bit.

WELCOME P-T-GIRL, I hope U-and yours have a great cruise.It is always nice to see people put names and numbers [example, John 3:16] in their threads. Wow! Lake co. Fl. . What is the odds for someone being in the same county name in 3 different states in the same day. Our DS, lived in Lake county IN. worked that day in lake county ILL.,caught a plane and flew to Florida, to a friend house in LAKE COUNTY FL. It is truely a small world after all.

Our cruise just came back at the end of October, and the water at CC was great! Some mildly rough seas, but we stopped at all the islands we were supposed to.

On the ship, we met some others cruisers who didn't get to go to CC on their first two cruises b/c of bad weather! I get sick just thinking about that! We've gone in early December, and early April previously and never had weather problems, but the water was too cold to really enjoy CC.

As we get closer to our cruise date, is anyone Disboard savvy enough to get a 'kid's meet' board going? My girls enjoyed it last time, and they had a chance to get to know a few kids that they would be seeing at the Oceanear's Lab, and the Edge. It also another way to get the kids involved in the vacation.

We cruised at the end of September 2009 and had perfect weather and seas. It's always a gamble to cruise during hurricane season, but if you hit the right days, you can't beat it.

GUYS don't worry, The Dream have more powerful side trusters then the Wonder or Magic, so we will not have anything to worry about....get your swim suit on cause we are going to C C and CRUISIN' on the DREAM.
