The fiancee turned husband (also known as Steve) and I will be hitting up Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party the night before. I think maybe this year I'll get a picture with Scrooge McDuck! I've seen him around at that event and love spotting him, but have never gone over for a photo.

I'm hoping there will be Christmassy things onboard too!

It's on the Disney World website. Basically an after hours celebration in Magic Kingdom with a Christmas Parade, free hot cocoa and cookies everywhere, special characters out and about, and also in my experience a nice sized crowd that doesn't feel crushingly large. Tickets are about 70 bucks, and it's like 6-12am I think, but I also think you can get in a little earlier than that, you'll just get a colored paper wristband to identify you as being allowed to stay late.

There's one on November 29th and I believe tickets are still available.

Hi everyone! We just switched from the 11/20 cruise to this one. It will be our first ever cruise! Celebrating my sons and my birthdays! I would love to do the FE! I've never done one or managed one but if I need to I will.

I am so excited there is more interest in the Ornament Exchange! At this point my plan for the exchange is to meet sometime on during our Sea Day for about 30 minutes or so to exchange ornaments. There are no rules for regarding store bought/homemade or Disney/Non Disney. I will post the meeting time and location closer to our sail date.

I would love to do this! Will we be bringing just 1 per person to exchange or 1 per family 1 for everyone?
