Hi~I am just finding this topic now but we will also be with you! I have daughters age 8 and 6 and a son who is 4. We haven't told them we are going yet, so excited to surprise them. Is it too late to join any fish extender clubs?

Yes it is too late. Many have already left for Florida. I think she called the last call on FE's a few weeks ago.

I just found this discussion a couple weeks ago as well. We have a son-11 and a daughter-5.

We're also waiting to surprise them with the news on Thursday morning. Goofy should be calling at 9 am and then we'll be on our way to the port. How are you surprising your little ones!

I think I will just bring little surprises for my kids then

My Mom is keeping them at her house (Cape Canaveral) for a couple days and we are going to pick them up with my Mom and tell them we are going to lunch. Instead we will pull up to the terminal!

It did turn out beautiful! I decided to not worry about a DIS meet since the 3 day is so short and action packed. I figured no one would have time to take a break to meet up. I know we didn't!

We rebooked while on board for the Fantasy next August. Though I'm still hoping to sneak in another cruise on the Dream before then.

All I can say is wow. Started of horribly due to weather (we had to embark on deck 1 around 3:30pm), but once we finally got on and settled we had an amazing time.

It was our first ever cruise, so I was a bit hesitant about expectations, especially after spending such a fun week at WDW beforehand. But once again, Disney exceeded all my expectations and then some.

From the food to the on board activities, every moment was simply dreamy. And the shows, just wow. Villains Tonight was my fav by far, but they were all great.

Booked podcast 4.0 on board. I'm hooked.

Hey everyone!!

Thanks so much for all of our FE goodies!! Lilly loved coming back to the room to check out what was in there. We had a great time and can't wait to go again in September for the DVC Members Cruise.

Hope everyone loved their "pirate goodie bags" we gave for our FE gifts!! I didn't realise it took such a long time to pass those puppies out!! What a big ship!!

We didn't let the embarkation day weather get us down!! We had an amazing time!! It was my wife's and my 6th Disney cruise, first on the Dream, but it was our friend's first ever cruise. We loved being able to share the joys of a Disney cruise and traveling with them on the Disney Dream!!

We all played the first round of bingo. Good thing I did! Even though it was my name that came up for the raffle, my wife won a Sapphire and Diamond necklace!! Sapphires are her birth stone, so she was very happy!!

Another thing, if you ever have the chance, get a Cabana on Castaway Cay. We had one on Serenity Bay and it was just amazing. So relaxing!! If you can split it with another group traveling with you, it really helps with the cost. My wife and I would not do one on our own, though.

We were so busy and we missed alot of stuff. Our friends are already looking forward to their next Disney cruise. Looks like we will be joining them for a 4-Night next year!!! My wife and I also booked my birthday Disney Cruise next year in June on the Fantasy!! She's had two birthday Disney cruises. An 11-Night Southern Caribbean Cruise in the Wonder in 2006 and last year's 14-Night WBTA on the Magic. Now, its my turn!!

One last thing.....The AuqaDuck was AMAZING!!!

Stuck in Orlando airport now with a 3 hour delay! Loved the Dream and all of your fun F/E gifts. Thanks so much! We booked a dummy date while on board, hopefully will end up on the Fantasy. Now back to reality!

We had a great time, too! Thanks to all for the Fish Extender gifts! Skylar loved checking for them every day. I didn't have a chance to "label" our gifts, but we made the magnets with the kids names on them, and the Philadelphia key chains (I am "douglas_from_philly," after all).

I have tons of pictures and videos to sort through, and I'm still unpacking (we didn't get home till about 11 PM last night). We spent the day at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral yesterday, and really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed the cruise: the meals, the "Cast Members," the shows (that was probably my favorite part!), all the activities, etc., etc., etc. We, too, felt that we missed a number of things we'd have liked to do. There just wasn't enough time to do it all.

For us, it wasn't a very relaxing vacation--we were constantly on the go, trying to get to a specific activity at a specific time--but that was the way we wanted to do it--to try to do all the things we could that sounded like fun.

Hello Everyone!! I'm glad that we all had a good time! Thanks to everyone for the FE gifts, we loved all the surprises!! We had a blast, but yes, it is not always relaxing, there is way too much to do!!

I loved the interactive pictures, we had a couple of them close to our cabin, and they would change throughout the day, and then be a totallly different picture in the morning! AMAZING!

Kelly, it was nice meeting you too! Lilly is adorable!

I weighed myself this morning, it wasn't pretty, back to the grind for me, but oh was it worth it!!

We had so much fun too! Just got home late last night. So hard to come back. It was nice to meet some of you. Time went by way too fast. Would have liked to have meet more of you and seen more of the ones we did meet, but there were just so many fun things to do!!! Loved all of the FE gifts. My 3 girls had a great time with this.

Thanks everyone for the gifts. I still have to look through them all. My mom and Claire were the ones getting them out of the FE, and I let them have that fun. Thanks to all who made a last minute personalized gift for my mom as well. That was so nice of you. She was impressed.
I did not lable my gift, but it was a bag (and they didn't make the trip well and most we ripping apart as I put them in the FE's) that had glow sticks, disney cards, hand sanitizer, etc.
I only know of meeting Kelly (Lilliansmommy) and she was so nice...but maybe I ran into some of you without knowing.
I will be writing a TR, and hopefully getting it started in the next few days.

Hi Everyone. Hope everyone has recooperated from your trips. I know I can't wait to get back on the Dream. I am hoping to talk DH into going next year for our 10th anniversary. Wish me luck there.

I have started 2 reports. One is a dining report. The link is in my signature. "So this is what a dream taste like" and then the trip report, which is just started, again link in my signature. "A hop, No Skip, and many mishaps to a Disney Dream." I hope you al lcan join in a read along. We were standing on the 3rd tier up for the sail away party. I saw you on the floor and took a few pictures, (but they weren't that great because I was far away). If you want I can post them.
We really enjoyed the FE's too. It was fun. Claire had a ball looking each time we got back to the room.
