We are on spring break and spending 6 nights @ BLT before the cruise. You will probably see us at all of the bingo events!

Anyone doing the Castaway Cay 5K? We are not runners but heard that you could walk it and still get a medal...

That's awesome! Good luck! I imagine the heat won't be so bad since it's still March and the race is in the AM???

Me too, although I like running when it is 15C outside...I am fairly sure it will be hotter than that, even in the morning . Mind you, it's better than the 20+cms of snow we had yesterday and today, so I think I can deal with the heat lol!
My goal is to finish in 30 mins or less, I should be close.

My kids would be so jealous! We've only had a few inches here and there of snow this year.

I just looked on Weather Channel and Castaway Cay highs look to be in the mid 70s over the next 10 days.

He he he, we are going downhill skiing on Sunday, which will likely be our last trip to the mountain this winter . Last winter was almost a drought here, so we're paying for it this year lol!
Mid 70s is still going to be hot for running to me, but I'm trying to convince myself it's a good problem to have

We are doing B2B cruises on the Dream. We will be on the March 10 (4 night) and then this cruise.

We are -

Kurt (DD),
Marlea (DW),
Kyan Grace (DD9), and
Kristopher (DS6).

We are from Texas, and we have been on the DCL Magic twice (our first DCL cruise was the Magic's first Transatlantic cruise to the Med).

Besides FE's, has there been any thought of having a brief DISboarder's meeting?

I'm really sorry but the last day to sign up for the FE list was Feb 22 (post #39) and was posted as closed on Feb 23 (post #75). We had to put a closing date on it because of people leaving for Orlando early this week and also just for the ability to have 2 weeks to get everything together... especially for those making handmade items. I'm sorry it didn't work out for y'all

We'll be on this cruise. In fact, we'll be on the ship for the one right before it. Doing a back-to-back.

Hi, I just booked this and saw no thread had been started, so I decided to start one! I will be doing a park visit followed by a 3 night cruise on the Dream with my DD9 and thought I'd like to get to know some of my fellow cruisers. It will be my 3rd Disney cruise but my first on the Dream. Who all will be joining me?

Like I told the person from Katy, we're going on this cruise too. We're from Cypress. Me, DW, DD13, DD14(going on 15)

FE cut-off is Feb 22 since many of us are heading to Disneyworld several days before our cruise.

Just booked us (DD13 and I) for this sailing. This will be our 5th and 6th Disney cruise, as we are doing both the 4 night leaving on the 10th and this one. We are from the Tampa area and are frequently over at Disney World. Can't wait for March to get here!

I've planned a DISmeet in Evolution nightclub at 11:30pm on Day 1 for anyone who wants to come out and dance the night away...or just come out for a drink. Wear a glow bracelet (or look for folks wearing glow bracelets )

I was trying to get re-booked on the 10th cruise as well after having to cancel a december booking and we could just not find enough space for my party ( at least not configured the way we needed it) ... So we had to take the 3 day for the 14th. Also around the oct/ nov timeframe when we were looking... Originally we booked over a yer before, so changes, even 5 months out can be pretty difficult!

Worked on my FE gifts today. Can't believe how quickly this cruise is coming!!
