Hi from Chicago! This will be our first Disney cruise and we are sooo excited! We have a good group going.... our 5 kids ages 10,8,6,5,and 3, two grandmas and an aunt. We are interested in the FE group also. I am new so I'll have to read up. Can't wait to set sail...we need a vacation from this lousy Chicago weather!

We are interested in doing a Fish Extender exchange for this cruise.

This will be our first Disney cruise! Three adults (one with Down syndrome) and a boy celebrating his 11th birthday. So excited! I would love to be in a FE group.

Hi I'm new to the Dis Board. I'm going on my 2nd Disney Cruise. We took a Fish Extender last time, but we were not linked to any families( cruise booked at last moment). I will be going with my 2 children 18 & 12.
My daughter and myself would like to head up the Fish Extenders if no one else will do this.
Is there a head person in charge and they give people's info?.. Or do people just start sending me there info and then I assign them to their FAmily.
So who ever knows this just let me know?...

The "better way" is to use the private conversation feature. Only those invited into the conversation (in this case the participants in the FE group) can see the information.

To have the conversation feature available to you - you must have at least 10 posts (messages) here on DISboards. There is a test board where you can post some random test posts to up your count:

Just head over there, select thread and post several "test" posts.

Once you've reached 10 posts it does take the system a little while (30-60 minutes) to recognize it. Then you can converse with someone by clicking on their avatar or username (as long as they also have 10 posts) and then clicking on "Start a conversation" in the next window.

A conversation can have up to 20 participants.
