That made me laugh!
I was just reading the crazy thread about Fish Extenders and someone saying the gifts they got were "crap" and it made me freak about what we're bringing.
However, after reading more of the thread, I realized most people are in the spirit of the whole thing and it's not just about how many hours you spent making them (I'm not crafty . . .) or how much money you spent.

We're flying down on 1/26 and staying at the Country Inn & Suites in Cape Canaveral. Our WDW stay is after the cruise. I'm so excited that we'll be in Florida in one week! Trying not to obsessively check the weather!

I read the post about the FE gifts being "crap" too and started to freak out. But I figure that my kids would be happy receiving the gifts we are giving, so I'm sure most kids will as well. As for the adults, that was a tough one, but I hope they are happy too .

I just finished my FE bags and my husband said "I hope they don't eat those!" So I am kind of freaking out. If you get a bag from us, look first before you eat. That sounds weird haha but you'll know what I mean when you get it! Can't wait!

I had the same thought about my adult gift. I put a label on mine so that you would know what it was. I wonder if we are giving the same thing??

I read that post about FE crap too and started to freak a little about it too. But then I thought more about it, everyone that I have conversed with about the FE has been so pleasant to deal with that I decided not to worry.

But you should know, I don't have much that I am handing out for the adults in the FE. I do have a couple of things planned for the meet at Vista Cafe for everyone who shows up!

Haha that's funny! That's the exact reason that I posted about eating my gift! I had just finished reading that "crap" FE thread! FYI: my kids will choose oriental trading junk and candy over most things and we don't judge

I would laugh so hard if we did make the same thing! I did make labels for everything but just got a little worried that it would be overlooked haha.

Don't worry about the adult gifts. I think most adults on a disney cruise are a kid at heart anyway! it's all in fun. Can't wait!

Oh my goodness! You are all so funny . I can't wait! everything is almost done on my end. I am finishing up a marketing course Monday and I will be packing everything for our departure on the 25th! We arrive on the 26th in the morning and staying at a hotel in Cape Canaveral. We're going the WDW after the cruise instead of before. Eek! I'm so excited and I just can't hide it! Can't wait to see you all on the 27th!!!

Is anyone on the shipmate disney cruise app? I just got an android phone and found that app. It says we have 7 days 17 hours until our ship leaves

Our youngest son has just been diagnosed with the flu. So, we are going to have to cancel the cruise. I am so bummed!! I hope everyone has an amazing trip!
