When I was on the Dream in June we were also told there will be seashells and seahorses. So there should be three different varieties of sea themed items to hang our extenders from.

I am not making the list, I will be using Peter's list and confirming with Ken's list for the fast passes.

Along with that, everyone will get a Maiden Voyage Mini Navigator.

But if you are not on either one of those two lists, you won't get anything....

I posted quite awhile ago the information on the Dream. This is what Captain Tom told me when I toured the Dream in Papenburg in June on the signature collection excursion with my daughter Jamie:

January 1st-Dream will test dock at Castaway Cay
January 2nd-Dream will test dock at Nassau
January 3rd-Dream will test dock at Castaway Cay
January 4th-Dream will arrive in Port Canaveral

That is why we are booked on the New Year's Eve cruise on the Disney Magic. The Disney Magic will be in Nassau on New Year's Eve, sea day on New Year's Day and Castaway Cay on January 2nd.

I asked Captain Tom to be sure that on New Year's Eve to get close enough to the Dream so we could do fireworks at sea together!

Then I asked him to make sure on our sea day we just circle Castaway Cay so I can get pictures of the Dream docked at Castaway Cay.

I am hoping my "Dream will come true"

Yes, we have some friends who have also booked the New Year''s Eve cruise for the same reason. We are on the Dec. 18 Southern Carribean Christmas cruise because our son Mike will be able to go with us. Connie

Welcome aboard. If you go to this threads first post, you will find a link to the "Master Cruise List". It has lots of info about what is going on and who to contact.

For example, if you want to particiapte in the lanyard and name badge give away, you need to provide the first names of everyone in you group and I will add you to that list.

Disney Dream Inaugural Pre-cruise BBQ

Location: Old Key West – the particular BBQ area will have to be announced after we arrive.

When: Tuesday January 25, 2011 at 4:00 PM

BYOB (Beverage/Beer/Booze)

Meet your fellow cruisers before the cruise, stop by and have a hot dog and enjoy the company!​

Please note for the BBQ it will be BYOB - anyone who is interested in joining us - who has not already let us know - please post or PM Scott or me. At a later date, I will make a list of stuff we think we may need and post it so anyone who wants to bring something and who has not already said so can see what is still needed.

Either when you originally PM me, or later if you would like, just send me your reservation number, and the primary person on the reservation's birthdate (month, date, year) -- from looking at the DCL site this morning, we can link up online now. I will wait until closer to the date to actually do the linking request, so that it doesn't mess up anyone's Palo/Shore Excursion/Spa, etc. reservations. Thanks everyone!!

No problem -- it's fun to eat with new people, but at least new people who have chosen to eat with you!!

Our first cruise, we were with 3 other couples from the Dis -- and it was SUPER fun! We are still friends, and the meet thread is still going. My DSis and I went on a cruise in April, and we were open to meeting new people -- but, half the people were never at dinner, and one duo (a girl and her mother-in-law) flat out refused to eat with us -- they tried to move the first night but couldn't, so the next night they were moved to a table by themselves. I felt like we did something wrong, but they wouldn't even talk to us!! Oh, well, their loss!!
