Yes, we are doing B2B, moving to an inside "virtual" stateroom for the 2nd cruise...

Yay!!! That's what I have booked for the 2nd leg - I HAD to try the virtual porthole!!!

And tomorrow is our year milestone!!!

I was thinking the same thing when I posted earlier! By this time next year, I should be in Orlando and away from all this snow and cold!

No, I called DCL today on another reservation I have and asked about the shipyard and they still don't have a price. I think it is the only signature collection excursion that they haven't posted the price on yet. I am crossing my fingers that it doesn't break my bank account. (Not that there is much there anyway!)

WELCOME NEW CRUISERS, !!!!!

We did talk about a pre cruise WDW meet Wine and Cheese party. Done them before, talked about a Tree House Villa, too small for this group as it seems to be growing, so whilst at OKW back by Turtle Pond, I noted the BBQ Area, this started the grey matter working, … What about a BBQ at OKW? We will keep it simple , just a thought.

Thank You!!! Happy to be part of this board. And, I would love to have a WDW meet before the cruise! I think a Wine & Cheese or a BBQ would be fun! Let me know if I can help in any way.

I'm sailing on the Inaugural with my DD27 but she won't be able to stick around for the B2B due to work commitments... Therefore I think I'll sail solo - unless I can tempt a friend to share with me...

Same here! I don't think my DS will be able to do the second cruise. Too bad for him! I may bring my mom for the second cruise. I know she would love it.

I'm so excited we've made it to the one year mark! And I love the video! I'm sooo happy. Just think, in just one year we will be celebrating at the very FIRST Sail Away Party on the Dream! ​

Visions for one year from today:

1. I have now been camped out at the DCL Terminal for hours upon hours, just to be first in line with Scott and Lynn so we could be first on the Aquaduck.

2. Fastpasses for the Aquaduck have been handed out to all in our group at the terminal.

3. We are waiting (not so patiently) to allow the boarding to begin for the Dream.

4. Leslie is confused as to what restaurant to go to to get her shrimp.

5. It's only 20 minutes until boarding and DCL is just now annoucing the "first family". (Wouldn't it be KEWL to be one from our group).

6. We have taken 500 digital pictures of the Dream and we aren't even on board yet.

7. We wore our swimsuits to the terminal. (What a great Welcome Aboard photo this ought to be!)

8. Linda has a boarding pass with #2 and when they call #2's to board, she and her family of 187 disboard.com family and friends board with her.

9. Rachel, as Cruise Director, goes into hiding at 12 noon sharp.......

10. The DREAM then begins...........................

Only one more year! I better start getting my bags packed!

Can't believe that I have been away from the boards for that long.

1 year today, wow time will fly

Took a trip to Cuba the first week of January, the DD was dancing with the National Ballet of Cuba. It was so cold I think it was only 45 F on the last Sunday we were there.

Hopefully next January will be alot warmer, especially at Castaway Cay

I am going to try to be more active on the board for the duration of our time

Sounds awesome, huh??? I'm thinking we might need something like those special YOAMD fast passes - I think I'm going to want a fast pass to the Champagne bar!!!
