Disney Dream/Fantasy 2012 Planning Thread

Here is a thread for planning a 2012 vacation on board Disney Dream or Fantasy.

I have no plans at the moment. Is anyone booked for 2012?

The dates and itineraries for 2012 most likely will not come out for a couple of months based on patterns from years past. The information will be released, and then booking will begin a week or so after that starting with platinum level. Until then, no one can really plan anything. Last year when Alaska was announced, the boards were buzzing, so I am sure this year will be the same. Things will really start going in the next couple of months or so.

No one is booked for 2012 as the booking have not opened yet.

So are we! But we don't care about what ship, as long as there is a 7 night Western in January, February or March that fits in our scheules...
I am hoping they release some type of schedules for the ships in October, so we can have a heads up and get thoughts going before they release booking availability.

Add us to the list!!! We are waiting for the 2012 Iteneraries to come out as well. We are hoping to take an Eastern Caribbean in June of 2012 but we will adjust if necessary. We will also be going to WDW for a few days before the cruise. Don't care which boat it is (hoping for one of the new ones though). But we are just thrilled because this will be our first cruise.

Also looking forward to 2012. We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary. We honeymooned on the Wonder. We will be taking our two daughters as well as other members of the family. We will be cruising in June or July (hopefully June). Can't wait to meet other DISers who are cruising at the same time!

I hope to be going also December 2012 for my 40th bday/New Years Eve~~I heard its pretty pricey but hopefully we can make payments until then. I would love to go over my bday (12/29) and New Years or i wouldnt mind being on it for Christmas and my bday. Do they have cruises over Christmas??

It sounds like you are the same age/grade as my daughter! We're hoping to do a Med cruise for her graduation too!

If they're not out yet, book a "dummy cruise" while onboard, then transfer that reservation to one for the Fantasy when they come out! That way you still get the rebooking onboard incentives!

I will be on the Dream in February 2011, so I am not interested in the Dream or Fantasy for 2012. I am interested in where the Magic and Wonder will be cruising in the late spring and summer of 2012, especially if the Magic returns to Europe. Other than that, the Bahamas and Caribbean don't interest me in the least.
