Hi, everyone! We are booked for this cruise and are super excited! We are big time Disney fanatics and have visited the parks many, many times. This will be our first Disney cruise. We have a 2 1/2 year old daughter that will be with us, and we are trying to make this an amazing experience! I would like to join the fish extender list please!!

Hi everyone!! We will be on this cruise with you all I would also like more info on the fish extender list. This is all new to me and we are sooooo excited!! We will have a 7year old son, 5year old son, 3year old daughter! Coming from San Diego!

it's a surprise birthday gift and a planned 10th anniversary gift for DH and I!
we are super excited about this surprise! The kids don't know yet, and won't know until march 2015, when it's DD's birthday!

This will be cruise #2.....going with my best friend this will be her 1st cruise.......I will be cruising with my daughter 14 & son 12....and her son 15 & daughter 16.

My husband, myself and our 4 year old so will be joining you on this cruise. We have not booked yet, for we are waiting for DVC to fix some issues with our account, but as soon as we can we will be books. We would very much like to join the fish extender group if it is still open.

Hi all. This is me & my family's first time cruise, PERIOD! I would like it very much to join a fish extender group. It sounds like fun. I have been doing my homework almost every night since booking this trip last year. The kids do not know anything yet. The really fun part is acting like we will not do anything for spring break. The look of disgust on my kids face is priceless! My mother even gets a kick out of me "lying " to the kids . I will have my video camera ready on the day we set sail in hopes of catching a YouTube moment from the shear heart stopping excitement that will radiate from my kids!

Hello everyone, This is my family's second Disney dream cruise but our first time hearing about the fish extenders. Was wondering if there was a Fish extender organized for our cruise. If so would love to sign to up!

We will be on this cruise too, son, 8; son, 5 and daughter 4. We will be traveling with my in-laws. First cruise for husband and the kids! Very excited. I have purchased the fish extender from ebay, but not sure how it works. At this point, Im ready to buy easy little trinkets for the kids myself, haha. Im completely clueless, trying to plan best I can. Have you had any luck on the FE thing?

Hi there! I too am coming from SD for the trip and it's me, my 9 yo son and 7 yo daughter. We want to participate in the FE as well. I'm not sure how it works but wonder if we can just "adopt" each others families? Have you received any other instructions? If not, we could commit to giving to each others families. Hi All!!

In regards to signing up to be a part of our cruise's FE family, please read the following! As a Disney Cruise 1st timer myself, I will do my best to try and make this as simple a process as possible; However, ALL notes, tips and/ or ideas are greatly welcomed & appreciated along the way!

First, if (like myself, prior to this important tip from Webmaster Doc) you have not posted at minimum 10 messages, please do the following so that we may communicate via PM (private message). This is solely for the purpose that we may then have the ability to share details regarding ideas for FE gifts amongst only those participating.

For those who are new with only a few posts, they will not be able to use the PM system until they reach 10 posts. Suggest they to go to the DIS Technical Support/Test board where they can quickly and easily post some one word (or one letter) posts to get their count up to 10. Once you have 10 posts, you will be able to send a PM (now called "Conversation"). There will be a link at the upper right on every page to your "Inbox" and you can click on any username and a link to "Start a conversation" will be available. In addition, you will then be able to upload images and have links in your signature.

*For all of participants, please PM the following info (at minimum) to me ASAP:

--Number of people (adults/ children) participating per cabin
--Age(s), First Name(s) & Gender of each participant (*Info inclusive of, but not limited to, favorite character(s), etc., is encouraged!)
--Stateroom Number(s)
--Please note any & all allergies, as applicable, per every individual participating!


In order for everyone to know what gifts will be most relevant to the likes of each individual is ideal, thus I believe the more info provided, the better. That said, pease feel free to be as detailed, or the less, as you prefer!

I look forward to hearing from you all! I know that this wonderful "extension" of our voyage will only enhance and make for an even more perfect experience for all, especially the little ones, but for the adults as well!

Hi Happy cruiser & Cseace!

We are absolutely still accepting (and encouraging!) anyone from our cruise whom is interested in joining the FE group to please do so!! Unfortunately, I am unable to direct anyone to any other outside venue, per the admin of FE. From my research, this rule was understandably set in place a while back as a security measure for the cruisers due to those interested participants being solicitated for other purposes within other venues. That said, other venues such as FB have since been deemed as unauthorized for communication for any & all FE group(s).

If you have a running list of cruisers on another site whom would like to join the FE fam for our cruise, PLEASE direct them all to this venue so we may merge all parties within our FE family for the Dream cruise, setting sail on 4/13/2015!! I know this is right around the corner, so please do not hesitate to contact me ASAP so that you & all of the others may be added to join our FE group!

Directions on how to be able to private message (PM) me are detailed within my initial message right here on this thread; however, if anyone has additional questions or comments, please direct them to me! I am more than happy to do my best to help in any way possible!!!

I REALLY hope that we are able to join our groups for the FE Family for our fast approaching Disney cruise! I totally understand that most prefer to communicate via Facebook; however, FB is much more vulnerable to outside parties whom tend to take advantage of & thus utilize this venue for other purposes. It is my family's 1st Disney cruise as well, so like us, I am sure you may have questions, so please do not hesitate to reach out to myself (if I do not know the answer, I will find it for you) as well as to those more experienced (thus the vets within our group).

I can't speak specifically to the fish extender, but as for a first time cruiser (ever) also -- it was AWESOME!!! We had such a great time, very calm seas, the ship was beautiful and so full of fun activities that we wished we had booked a longer cruise. I definitely want to do another one!!!
